Yes and no- it has to be a good match for the rider. I do not get to pick whoever I want and get to lease them. The horses are picked based on our goals for the year. For me it is year end awards, and maybe regionals.
You can say no- but there are only so many horses available to lease and a list of riders wanting to lease, if you say no you risk not getting to lease.

Yeah, not a huge fan of the tiny paddocks like that. Denali was kept in one of those and has hoof issues for days. All the paddocks were basically 'hot' and all the horses had thrush from it
