I’m not sure if this is allowed here, but I’ve seen individual inquiries and thought I’d ask a general question: How do you all typically estimate your pricing for stud fees, sales, etc.? I understand that factors like breed and personal preferences play a role, but I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction! thank you! *cheers*

If the horse is on a LB, then you generally go by what horses in similar placings are going or have gone for. Otherwise the best way to estimate a price is to go to horse search, put in the age, breed, sex, rating, and color rarity (if applicable) of the horse you want to sell or put up for breeding and see how others are pricing. Obviously, if no horses come up you can remove or broaden one or more of these criteria to widen your search and still get a decent estimate.
