The overall piece is pretty good but I would study the anatomy of the horse's face if I were you.

Where you have placed some highlights and shadows has given the art the appearance of muscles or a bone structure that does not exist on a natural horse. The ears are very small compared to the head and the eye is placed awkwardly on the head.

Other than that, practice is just needed :D
