Hello fellow artists!
I need to transfer CS5 from one laptop to another, and I've come seeking some advice/tips from anyone who's managed/had to transfer their PS program.

I've been reading articles about zipping up my PS program files to copy/paste or bootlegging the software again. I'm not too confident the copy/paste will move seamlessly, and I'm hesitant to find the CS5 software from some rando site off the internet. On top of this, there is no doubt I threw the copy of the liciense number away. The transfer is Mac to Mac so maybe there's some cloud voodoo that can happen?
Any experiences wanted! I've read a bit online about retrieving the LN, but I wanna hear what worked for anyone else. I'd love to be able to use Photoshop on a computer that doesn't crash when I open a text box :')

The new iOS (Catalina) does not support the old versions of PS unfortunately. :( The only option now is to purchase the subscription per month/year.
