Okay, so I know that you're bound to lose some quality when you resize art to fit the dimensions needed for HEE, but mine seem to be losing more quality than what I've seen with some other artists, and I was wondering if anyone has some tips or tricks maybe on how to reduce this as much as possible, so the final piece doesn't look as blurry? I use GIMP.

i always start with either an 800x900 canvas if im doing a full stable set, or a 500x500 canvas for a horse avi. with the 800x900, i just crop it so it fits
