It worked for me! To upload your profile pic go to stable > stable activities > set avatar and banner. They have to be a specific size and you dont have to use an image upload site like post image. You just need the photo on the device you are using

Basically it is an image upload site. You upload your art or image and then get a link you can copy and paste to share with HEE.
