I went to purchase a Brand for my stable. The Accountant says I paid 5000 for the brand. However when I go to the see my horses branded there are no brands. I go back to my Account page and it shows no brands available. What happened to my brand?

Did you use the blank form and hitted the submit button?
You will have to choose your own letters for the brand on the left page side where it says
Enter brand: Description (opt):
Each brand has to be unique - so if you can not create one, it might be possible that another stable is using this letter combination already.
After you entered your brand, it will show up above right under "current stable brands" and then you can apply the brand on your right page side.

I entered the brand and hit submit. My accountant paid. The brand has disappeared. It has not been paced on any horse. When I go back to the brand page it tells: Your Current Stable Brands
No brands have been chosen. So it looks like I paid for something I did not receive.

This ties into this thread: https://horseeden.com/forums.php?f=10&t=21840
I explained to the OP that screenshots will be needed, but she is unable to provide these. Without screenshots of the page, the only person who can look further into this is Eve.

Brands are for premiums - are you one?

Yes I am a premium player. I would be happy just to have my money back. Don't need a brand. Just thought it would be different.
