You can put an item that you have in stable raid into your shop, which causes a whole host of other minor buggy things where you can raid it, but it doesn't show up, and if it's taken from you, you don't get a notification. Basically, you put a raid item in the shop and it becomes a ghost of the parallel universes.

Checked my loot after, and nothing showed up

An adventurers map was also in at one point, I had through the end but when I checked my mail to see what I won it wasnt there. So, I went and checked the rest of my raid mail. There was nothing of it being taken there. There were others in chat with similar problems, having it till the end then not ending up getting it.

A little confused, I entered raid after that again, and went into my inventory and shop to see if said map was anywhere to be found, and it wasnt. I did however notice something strange: the item I entered into raid (I only had one, it was an appaloosa capture pass because im cheap) was on my list of things to put into my shop

I also was looted of a ghost item.

I was raiding when the Adventures Map was in there, I raided Willow Grove at 8:59 and it said that I had gotten an Adventures Map and even had the picture there and then the stable raid ended right after that. I didn't get a message that anyone had taken it do I assumed I had it, but I checked the game message where it says that the round of stable raid is complete and tells you what you got from it and there was nothing there. The Adventures Map wasn't in my inventory either. Just thought I would add what happened to me in case it helped :)

Additionally: coffee and love potions can be given to your accountant, treats can be given in explore and on horses' pages, breeding items can be used, and so on.
