So this week (20th of the 11th 2018 ) I had hoped it never come , I had a decision I could help I had to sadly sell my two beautiful babies. Knowing they went to loving homes. Sadly Tooky And Linkin were sold this week due to no fault of there own. We had to sadly sell them due to the drought happening and we couldnÂ’t look after them anymore. And worth Summer up it was more of a risk so we have sold them down south area. Which is heart breaking for me. So IÂ’ll hopefully see them one day. Maybe in a show ring if the owners get a good outcome again , But my hearts slowly shredding and I want them back! But I canÂ’t have them! ItÂ’s so sad! Now I have to deal with everytime I go to work not passing their beautiful faces anymore. But IÂ’ve Lost riding interest aswell, trying to keep that up will be my hardest thing. Tooky-

Awwww, Sniper!! Thats so sad!! My first pony got put down a few years back so I know how you feel. It can be very tough sometimes. Everyone says just dont think about it. But, being in the same position at one point in my life, I know its hard to not think about it. I cried my eyes out for hours everyday day for weeks.
In my opinion, riding is a great passion to have!!! Stick with it and IÂ’m sure you will soon find your broken heart mended!
I hope you will one day see Tooky and Linkin again. :)
Stay strong, Sniper! Edited at November 25, 2018 11:31 AM by KE Studios

I am crying for you now. My horse died a few weeks ago. She was 28 years old, and we shared the same birthday. Well, she was older than me by a few years, but we both had a special bond. She was like my mother. She taught me so many things that I will never forget. *sobs* Her name was Hope. *Runs away sobbing*

Oh I'm so sorry. That's terrible 3 years ago my mom sold are chestnut halflinger gelding. Ever since then I have taken care of the horses it's the only way I get to keep them. I have one mare & a gelding plus a donkey. My baby is the mare. The gelding was bought with the halflinger when my mom got them. We had the geldings for more than 7 years together. My brother got interested with riding horses so my mom got a third horse. She would have sold them both had I not cried & begged her to keep the mare. Yes I choose the mars over the gelding. What can I say the mare was a dream come true while the halflinger belonged on a race track I swear he was nearly faster than my uncle's ex racehorse.

I am feeling you, Snippy, we sold one horse 3 weeks ago and I've just put my cob up for sale, something has to give! I still have my little ponies though. Although we've cut back on numbers our feed bill is still the same :(
