It's winter, getting into late winter, and all of the horses are shedding like CRAZY! I wonders if any of you had any good suggestions on what kind of brushes work best. The thing is, you will be brushing, them, within the next 30 seconds- Minute, you will be picking a ton of fur out of the brush.

I second the metal curry comb. Those things are awesome. Give it a few strokes and knock it against your leg or something to knock the hair off, then keep going. Way easier than using s brush with long teeth.

Metal curry combs, shedding blades are amazing! I love the shedding blocks, it sheds and cleans at the same time!

This is what I have. I like how you can do strokes starting at the crest of their neck and down to their hind and it will swipe off without collecting all the hair.

I have never used this specific one, but I have heard so much good about it. I have something like it and it works beautifuly.
