Is it over already? I've been to 5 dfferent stables that say they are online but nothing on the stable pages to click for trick or treat. Bummed.

No, it's not over, it ends at 12am GT. When you go to a stable go to the "events and games" tab and you'll see the spot to click, it'll reload the page and you'll have to reclick the events and games tab to see if you got a trick or treats
