Hey everyone! - I had a crazy idea... - What if we all pitched in to create the greatest(s) HEE horse of all time? - The main thoughts are... Theres a sign up sheet for each horse we pitch ebs in to create, different goals and different ponies! - For example: Yr 179-182 = Let's breed the most colorful, and highest ABLB, best producing, (insert breed here) - I think this would be amazing, as we could create one of the craziest and best producing horses out there with the donations we could rack up. - We could all agree on a match by votes as well. - Please let me know your feedback or if you'd be interested! - Edited at June 21, 2024 07:29 PM by E.T. Also, Everyone who pitched in to create said horse would have free breedings all season, if a stud. If a mare, we could raffle off her broods! -

Somebody would have to own it though. I can see this being a source for dischord and arguments, ultimately more trouble for the mods. The game is meant to be played individually.

Blackthorne, I don't see any seed for arguments, I can create a club and easily remove. Anyone who breaks HEE rules is not included. Easy. Where does it say the game is meant to be played individually? I think a little creativity is good ;)

I don't know... If you have the patience to build up from the very bottom, it could work. But nothing is ever guaranteed, EVEN from the current best mares. You could go through half of her foals before she gave you one worth the LBs. She may never produce something to take over her place. And if you wanted to introduce new patterns, it's from the bottom and climbing up. . My concern is, you're going to put potentially millions into getting this horse, for the broods from others, the straws, the items. Who gets the most straws? Who gets first say? Where does he live? What if there are more players in the club than available LCs and straws? If it's free for all of them, your bloodlines are going to become restricted because he'll never see any outside use. They're all contributing when there are dues, so they'd technically all get a part. I just don't think LB horses are intended to be shared in this manner. I can see a lot of arguments.

Versailles, If you look at the club - here it goes into more detail on how this will be managed. There is a raffle of the straws to those who donated. Even if said horse does not work out, we can vote to decide whether we still want to use for free straws, or raffle the horse off to club members who want it. It wouldn't be a matter of the amount of club members, because the sign up sheet would have a limit for each horse prospect. This would limit the amount of people that participate, first come first serve donaters. Dues don't count as donations, but as further parts of the club for the future. LB horses wouldn't be shared, they would live out of the manager's barn. They would get free straws or broods from said horse through the manager as a winning raffle donatee. Kinda like TsBTs the way straws and broods are?

How would this be any different than an individual breeder breeding the number one horses x sven? You can have all the ebs in the world but at the end of the day there's only so much you can spend on a single breeding lol
