April 4th

Appearance:

Hair - Austin has naturally dusty blonde hair, which he has since dyed and kept, blue. He hates his hair otherwise. His hair is straight and is cut in a shaggy wolf cut. It tends to fall in his eyes.

Build - Austin is fairly average height for a human male. Standing around 5'12-6'2. He has a slightly malnourished look on his body, which makes him look pale. Despite this, he is fairly strong. But not bodybuilder type. He has long legs and a smaller torso. His facial features are sharp but have a soft touch to them that are hard to see from his cold exterior.

Eyes - Austin has crystal blue eyes that are like staring into freezing cold ice. They rarely soften and they seem to hold a taste of disdain.

Skin - Austin has very pale skin.

Scars - (WIP)

Birthmarks - None

Piercings - He has a nose piercing, a tongue piercing, and ear piercings.

Jewelry - He wears two pearls in his ears which were his mom's, a silver stud in his tongue, and a silver hoop in his right nostril.

Tattoos - A semi-colon tattoo on his inner wrist and a full-arm tattoo. (will include pictures.)

Class - Middle Class

Personality:

Independent
Sharp-witted
Questioning
Empathetic (deep down)
Distrustful
Resilient
Sarcastic
Secretly longing for connection
Manipulative

Likes:

Solitude: He finds peace in being alone, where he can think without interruption.
Late-night walks: The quiet and stillness of the night help him clear his mind.
Alternative music: Songs with raw, emotional lyrics that resonate with his experiences.
Old books: He enjoys reading, especially those that challenge conventional thinking or explore dark themes.
Sketching: Though he doesn’t share it with others, he finds solace in drawing, often creating abstract or dark imagery.
Blood: Ever since he was young he had an odd like to... well, blood. Only human though. He would laugh when he saw his dad bleeding. But would cry if he saw a dog bleeding. He hadn't hurt anyone to see them bleed. But it could happen... He's very fascinated by the red liquid that keeps humans alive.

Dislikes:

Authority figures: He distrusts people in power, believing they’re often corrupt or hypocritical.
Crowds: Being around too many people makes him anxious and irritable.
Small talk: He despises meaningless conversations and prefers deep, honest discussions.
Religious zealots: He has no patience for those who try to impose their beliefs on others.
Bright, sunny days: He feels they clash with his mood and prefers overcast weather.
Relationships: Any and all relationships he's ever had were abusive, horrible, or ended. He dislikes being with someone because it requires a sense of vulnerability he hasn't shown in years.

Backstory:

(Courtesy of ChatGPT and I)

The boy grew up in a small, rundown apartment on the outskirts of a city, where life was a constant struggle. His mother was his world—a kind and loving woman who did her best to shield him from the harsh realities of their life. She worked long hours at a dead-end job, often coming home exhausted but still managing to smile for him. His father, on the other hand, was absent more often than not, disappearing for days or weeks at a time. When he was around, he was either drunk, angry, or indifferent, leaving the boy to fend for himself.
When the boy was twelve, his mother fell ill with a disease that drained her strength and hope. With no money for proper treatment, he watched helplessly as she deteriorated. The boy prayed, begged, and made deals with any higher power that would listen, but nothing changed. She died in a hospital bed, holding his hand, whispering that she loved him. That moment broke something inside him.
After her death, his father’s neglect turned into abuse, as if he blamed the boy for everything that had gone wrong. The boy quickly learned to rely on himself, growing distant and distrustful. School became a battleground, where he fought off bullies and teachers alike, refusing to let anyone see how much he was hurting.
The trauma of losing his mother and the cruelty of his father led him to reject any notion of a loving god. He couldn’t reconcile the idea of a benevolent deity with the pain and suffering he endured daily. His cynicism grew, and he found comfort in questioning everything, refusing to accept the easy answers people tried to offer.
Now as a young adult, he lives in a state of guarded isolation. He spends most of his time alone, avoiding others and their well-meaning but empty words. His only solace comes from the things he can control—his thoughts, his music, and his art. Though he keeps people at arm’s length, there’s a part of him that still aches for the connection he once had with his mother, even if he no longer believes in anything beyond what he can see and touch.

Relationship Status:

Single

Crush:

Alastor Dragon

Exes:

James/Julie Madison - Ended on good terms, they just weren't good for each other. Mainly because Julie decided to come out as trans(MTF.) They are still close though and talk regularly.

Lily Robinson - Before learning he was Androsexual he dated Lily. She cheated and constantly made him feel trapped in their relationship. They ended on bad terms when he caught Lily in bed with two other people.

Familial Relations/Family Tree:

(WIP)

*Theme Song(s):

Someone To Stay - Vancouver Sleep Clinic

Car Accident - Jade LeMac

Problems - Jake Daniels

Facts:

Austin usually doesn't make enough money from his two jobs to feed himself and pay rent. So he sticks to keeping a roof over his head.

Austin pays for his and his father's rent because the latter refuses to.

Austin doesn't completely starve. His boss lets him eat what she put in the employee-only room after finding out he usually skips meals.

Austin has a HORRIBLE habit of downplaying what he's been through. He may brush it off or say it's "not as bad as what you went through." (Sometimes he actually thinks this sometimes he uses it for manipulation.)

Random, but if I had to pick whether he was an angel or demon, I think he would be... possibly somewhere in the middle or more toward Hell.... Yeah, he's an... INTERESTING, character.

Androsexual | People who consider themselves androsexual feel attraction toward men, males, or perceived masculinity, irrespective of whether or not they were assigned male at birth. (I'm just stealing this lol)

D.O.B

July 19th (He says)

Appearance:

Hair - Alastor has rather unkempt black hair that tends to fall all over the place and stick up in unnatural ways. In the back, it goes to about the middle of his neck. In the front, he had bangs that almost hide his eyes. The tips of his hair are dyed a dark, rusty red.

Build - He is tall and lanky-ish... about 6'2. He has decent muscling, but it isn't bulky at all. He is suprisingly strong for how he looks- totally not the angelic power. He has a broad chest and wide shoulders, though not horribly so- his proportions are just right for him. Handsome, to say the least.

Wings: Of course, an angel has to have wings. He has giant black wings with the same stained dark red tips, though there are silver streaks through them that tend to glow in the dark.

Eyes - Alastor has unnaturally light golden eyes, almost a dull yellow color, and they seem to have black veins spiraling away from the dark pupil. They can get rather unnerving to stare into for a while.

Skin - He has well tanned skin, as if he spent all his time outside. However, calling it a farmer's tan is an understatement. Truly, he has extremely pale skin, and if you look at his legs, you may just be blinded. He never wears shorts, but thankfully takes his shirt off enough that his skin isn't completely white underneath.

Scars - You'd think that an angel is void of all scars, but that is not true for Alastor. He has one single scar slicing across his right cheek, the only thing marring his rather perfect face.

Face: His face is, as said before, perfect. He has a sharp jawline and a charming smile, with unnervingly white teeth. Overall, with the golden eyes shining out from behind the red tinted black bangs, he is someone to catch your eye.

Birthmarks - None

Piercings - None

Jewelry - A single silver chain, rather thin and weak looking, hangs around his neck and is always tucked under his shirt. However, a thicker darker silver chain hangs on his belt loops.

Tattoos - He has the tattoo of a phoenix across his back, with full blazing red color. Each line seems done perfectly, and the fiery red eyes of the bird seem to be fullof life and glaring right out of his back. However, it is usually not visible under his shirt, spare the tiny bit of red that shows on his neck. The only other tattoo he has is a spider on the back of his right hand.

Class - N/A

Personality:

Silent

Observant

Watchful

Sharp-witted

Humorous (When he wants to be)

Kind of a jerk sometimes

A bit rude

Resilient

Sarcastic

Prideful

Insecure

Prankster

Likes:

Solitude: Obviously, Alastor either is torturing someone in his own way or wandering off alone. He does some of his best masterminding alone, without the distractions of other angels or humans.

"Creepy-Crawly" Animals: He loves scaring people with things that he sure ain't scared of.

Rock Music and Country Music: It depends on what mood he's in. He loves listening to hard rock, the head-banging material you either hate or love. On the other hand, he loves the tunes of the old country music.

Missions: He loves being able to have something to do.

Hunting: Having spent a while on earth, obviously because he is the BEST angel for EVERY job... he has created a liking for deer meat, and likes sitting in a deer stand in the cold hours of the morning.

Dislikes:

Other Angels: Alastor HATES being told what to do, and that's all angels seemed to want to do.

Humans: Even... or especially... after all his experience with humans, he still has a strong disliking for their weird natures. Always picking evil and making more work for him. He was sick of it. Plus, they were idiots. He has had bad experiences with them in the past. He hadn't always hated them... but... that had changed.

Cats: For some reason, he has decided cats are worse than flipping demons and they were sent straight from hell to destroy him. He has had some run ins with cats, and each left him more irritated than the last.

Atheists: He absolutely hates people who don't believe in heaven and hell and all there is to come with it. He doesn't want to try to explain- for th billionth time- that he was just going to laugh in their faces when they went to burn in fiery damnation forever.

Heat: Alastor loathes the heat. Any time it's even above 70, he is grumpy and impossible to be around.

Backstory:

Alastor Dagon was born into the heavenly realm with a silver spoon in his mouth - or so it seemed. As a young angel, he was expected to embody the virtues of his kind: compassion, kindness, and selflessness. But Alastor's experiences quickly took a darker turn. His parents, high-ranking angels, were more concerned with their own power struggles than their son's well-being. They pushed him to excel, to be the best, to never show weakness. Alastor learned to put on a mask, to hide his true feelings behind a charming smile and quick wit.
As he grew older, Alastor became disillusioned with the angelic hierarchy. He saw the hypocrisy, the backstabbing, and the cruelty that lurked beneath the surface. He began to question everything, including his own purpose. Why was he born an angel if he didn't feel like one? Why did he have to conform to these suffocating expectations? Alastor's rebellious streak grew, and he started to act out, playing pranks on his peers and pushing boundaries just to see how far he could go.
But his antics didn't go unnoticed. Alastor's parents, embarrassed by his behavior, shipped him off to the mortal realm for "character-building" experiences. They hoped that a stint on Earth would humble him, teach him to appreciate the value of hard work and dedication. Instead, Alastor thrived in the chaos of the human world. He discovered a new sense of freedom, of self-expression, and he reveled in it. He made friends with mortals, learned from them, and even fell in love with one (though that ended in disaster).
Despite his tough exterior, Alastor still grapples with insecurity. He wonders if he's truly cut out for this angel business or if he's just pretending to be something he's not. His sarcasm and conceit are defense mechanisms, a way to keep people at arm's length. But deep down, he yearns for connection, for someone to see beyond the facade and accept him for who he truly is.
Now, Alastor navigates the world with a mix of humor and cynicism. He observes those around him, always watching, always waiting for the perfect moment to strike with a witty remark or a well-timed prank. His resilience has served him well, but it's also made him wary of getting too close to others. After all, when you've been burned as many times as Alastor has, it's hard to trust anyone - including yourself.

Relationship Status:

Single

Crush:

(Your character)

Exes:

Zach Niagra- This ended in absolute chaos, as this person had ripped Alastor's very heart out and was one of the biggest causes why Alastor hated humans.

Zephyr Rune- He... was more important than anything to Alastor. No good thing lasts, though.

Familial Relations/Family tree:

Mother: High up (and stuck up) Liona Williams.

Father: Uriel Williams.

No other mentioned relatives.

*Theme Song(s):

Skin (Rock Version) - Sixx:A.M.

Without Me - Fame On Fire

Rest In Peace- Dorothy

Bulletproof - Nate Smith

Facts:

Alastor works two jobs, working as a ranchhand for a nearby farm Monday-Friday and working in one construction site Saturday-Sunday. He wants to transfer full time to construction and get a smaller job as an add on.

He makes enough money as to where he can afford to eat and sleep, but most of that is saved up.

He came to earth around 5 years ago, and those years have been filled with heartache and sorrow.

Austin sighed, slouching down into his seat and closing his eyes. he was currently settled in a small diner off of a small town road. The diner wasn't too busy at 9 pm. And he was highly grateful for that. Today had been frustrating and he was well over done with it. Austin glanced up with a bitterly cold gaze as the waitress flounced over, smiling widely. She was blonde haired and had a smile like the sun. Welp. He already didn't like her.
"Hello, there can I-"
She was cut off my another voice.
"Scram, chick! I got this one."
Said a voice Austin knew all to well. His blue eyes trailed to a brown-haired girl with sheilded hazel eyes. She was walking over and shooing the previous blondie away. Julie plopped down in the seat across from Austin.
"So, twerp. The usual?"
She asked. Austin grumbled at the nickname.
"You are a pain in my ass."
he grumbled, pushing off the seat cushions and straightening up, arching his back and listening to the pops down his spine. Julie pulled a face.
"You and your stupid flexibilty."
She grumbled and shook her head. She glanced over to where the kitchens were.
"Hey! Can I get the usual for King!"
She called over. A brief thumbs up was her reply and she turned back to Austin.
"So... how's things?"
Julie asked. Austin grumbled.
"If you ask me that again I'm going to shoe a bottle of vodka down your throat."
He threatened. Julie didn't even flinch at the threat.
"Oh right! You go to work around- what? 10 pm?"
She inquires curiously, Austin closes his eyes. He can already feel the start of a migraine. And working in a bar full of smelly drunks sounded like Hell. If it was even real.
"Yeah. I am."
He said, giving up on trying to soothe his pounding head. Julie nodded.
"Don't forget-"
Austin cut her off.
"My Advil. I know."
Austin finished her sentence with a nod. Julie returned the nod and stood, walking over to the counter and grabbing Austin's food. She set it in front of him and plopped back down, stealing one of his fries. As she chewed on the fry, Austin dug into the food, grabbing the burger and taking a bite. As soon as the meat hit his tongue he felt so much better. He hadn't eaten since the brief snack for lunch. If a twinkie could ven be called lunch. Julie raised an eyebrow as she watched Austin inhale the food.
"I tend to forget just how fast you eat."
She muttered, eyebrows furrowing. Austin was done with his burger when she blinked. Julie shook her head.
"You really need to eat all three m-"
Austin cut her off this time with a snort.
"You think I can afford three meals? You're funny, Julie."
He commented, shaking his head, his bitter look returning. He was so done with this day and this week and this month and this year and his whole life at this point.
"What do you think the odds are of an armed robber coming in?"
He asked sourly. Julie rolled her eyes.
"I dunno. But take me with you."
She muttered as she was called back to work. Austin sighed and sunk back into the seat. Picking at and eating his fries.

"Cause I know you're poison you're feeding me poison, addicted to this feeling I can't help but swallow, up your poison I made my choice and, every night I'm living like there's no tomorrow." The rather depressed voice of a mere shadow in the corner finished its song, and clapping ensued all around. A stunningly handsome man appeared out of the shadows, smiling and accepting a drink as he got handed one. A second later, he seemed to he gone, having disappeared in the crowd.
Alastor walked through the crowded sidewalk, sipping his beer, content to walk along. His clothing did not match his bright eyes- it was dark and foreboding, almost promising a fight. He was wearing cargo boots and cargo pants, as those pockets were some of his favorite things created by humans. Obviously, all of this was black. A black tight fitting t-shirt underneath an open black leather jacket finished the 'don't come near me' look. He combed a hand through his hair as he walked forward, letting out a heavy sigh. Now wasn't that true? He was being fed poison disguised as a cure. Everyone was always trying to fix him and mold him into what they wanted him to be. He was so sick of it. Practically downing the rest of his beer, he shook his head roughly, crushing the can in his hand, and threw it away before shoving his hands deep in his pockets and stalking back into the shadows. Honestly, for an angel, he spent soooo much of his time hiding.
As he walked along, heading to who knows where, he glimpsed a face that looked strikingly familiar like one he knew before. Disgust, fear, and pain immediately grappled their way into his heart, along with a hint of sadness. Gritting his teeth, bristling, he walked faster and tried to forget. He normally wouldn't do this, but he wanted so badly to forget. Not to ever forgive, though. He pulled out his headphones and turned the volume all the way up, then put on Without Me. He wanted to switch all the other emotions into anger, and anger alone. The familiar words blasted into his ears. "Tell me how's it feel, sitting up there? Feeling so high but too far away to hold me. You know I'm the one who put you up there. Name in the sky, does it ever get lonely? Thinking you could liiiive without me. Thinking you could liiiive without me. Baby I'm the one who put you up there, I don't know why." The song did indeed broil up anger inside of him. He had done EVERYTHING for Zach, and all he got was betrayal. Pain. Heartbreak. Angels were supposed to he invincible, yet all he was seeing were cracks. Everything faded into the background as he walked, but after a while, his stomach told him he needed something other than too much beer. He glimpsed a coffee shop, glanced at his watch- and sure enough, they were most likely still open. It was only 9. A little later, anyway. Tugging the earbuds out, he put them away and stalked in, his bangs covering his eyes more than normal at the moment. He walked up to the counter and ordered a coffee, paid, then went to sit in the darkest corner, placing his head in his hands for a couple moments with a quiet groan. Wasn't life supposed to be easy for the dwellers of Heaven? He had wings, for Pete crying out loud. You'd think all his problems would be miraculously fixed. As his coffee came, he stared at the blackness, hoping it was extra bitter and hot as he sucked in a sip. Alastor then proceeded to glance around the shop, always surveying his surroundings. His eyes caught on an equally miserable looking fella in the far side, but they didn't linger to long.. he was a little gun shy of anything having to do with male human beings at this point. At least while he was suffering he was also disappointing his parents. Always a fantastic idea. He missed the days where earth meant freedom instead of agony.

Austin sucked in a sharp breath, glancing at Julie as she came back.
"Do I have to pay or-"
Julie shook her head quickly.
"No. No. Keep your money."
She said, smiling slightly and reaching out to pat his head. Austin flinched away from her hand and Julie paused. She pulled her hand away and hummed.
"We'll get there eventually."
She said, smiling. Austin nodded slightly and stood.
"Thank, Julie..."
He muttered, smiling slightly at her. The smile didn't reach his bitter eyes. Austin walked out of the diner, pushing the door open. A small bell dinged and he winced. He really needed to get to the bar. Austin began walking along the side walk, biting the inside of his cheek as he got closer to downtown. Austin walked along the sidewalks, dodging drunk people and making his way closer to the bar. He grit his teeth together as the noise around him pounded through his head. He was going to have to take so much Advil...
👑
Austin tapped behind the counter, pulling at his collar as he tucked a towel into his apron.(I don't really know what they're are called) He turned to the first person his eyes landed on and flipped on his forced charm.
"What can I get for ya?"
He asked them, already hating how the night was going.

The tall man practically drowned himself in the coffee, relishing in the taste of failure. Mmm. He should be used to it by now. He knew he hit rock bottom when he was singing for beer. He closed his eyes, downing the rest of the scalding coffee, burning all the way down his throat. He ignored the pain, exiting the shop, gritting his teeth. He wondered when his beloved parents would finally stop him. Then again, they were the ones who sent him down here. Abandoned him, really. Alastor knew he shouldn't have left the stupid bar in the first place... that didn't matter right now. He had quickly figured out angels could, in fact, get hangovers. As he strode across town, he finally entered the bar, his jaw tensing as he plastered his charming smile on. The first song request came right away. Of course. Just what he wanted to sing. He grabbed his guitar from a stand, sat on a stool in the corner, and strummed a couple chords. After sliding through the first verse, he decided to just let it go on the chorus. Did it really matter anymore? "What hurts the most... is being so close. Having so much to say... and watching you walk away. Never knowing, what could've been. And not seeing that loving you.. is what I was trying to do." He made it through the rest of the song, but at this point he wanted an entire bottle of whiskey, some sunscreen, and a lighter. "Paint yourself a picture, of what you wish you looked like, maybe then they just might... feel an ounce, of your pain. Step out of the shadows, it's a losing battle, there's no need to feel ashamed. Cause they don't even know you, all they see is scars. They don't see the angel living in your heart. Let them find the real you, buried deep within. Let them know with all. You've got. That you. Are not ... your.. skin." Yep. He couldn't flipping do this right now. "Break." He mumbled, putting down the guitar, stalking to the bar, and sitting down with a scowl. "Whiskey? Can you put... cyanide in it, perhaps?" He grumbled, not even looking up as he glared holes in the bar. Too bad angels couldn't die, or he'd be a rotting corpse by now.

Austin grumbled in annoyance when heheard someone singing. Great. Just what he needed. Oh, and it had the word angel in it? He was barely resisting the urge to poison his vodka. Austin slipped down the bar, pouting someone a drink as the drunk person took the drink, grinning widely. Austin rolled his eyes, stepping back down the length of the bar and stopping in frontof someone. He didn't care to note appearances. It was just another customer. When he heard the request he slid a bottle of whiskey over and began pouring a glass.
"Only if you somehow put rat poison in my vodka. What's up?"
He asked naturally. Despite how much hehated people, it was sort of his job to serve drinks and listen to drunk homosapiens vent to him. Austin kept his eyes trained on the man and poured another customer a drink. Although, if this man wasn't going to talk, Austin really may put cyanide in his drink. Though, that was so inefficient. Cyanide would have to be concentrated to be deadly. Austin could think of a thousand more poisons that would work better. Or maybe even bleach. Austin sighed and cleaned a Shot glass he was holding, scrubbing the inside roughly. He realized he was very grateful no one could read his mind. Actually, he'd probably be in jail by now if so. But probably only for something like blackmail. How boring. Austin flipped a bottle of vodka and poured the a drink, handing another man a chaser to follow it through with. Austin finally turned back to face the man, running a hand through his slightly faded blue hair. Eugh. He needed to dye it again soon. Maybe Julie would help him again... Right. Person. He focused back on the person in front of him.

Alastor Dagon
+×+
Alastor ran his hands roughly through his hair, causing it to become even more of an organized mess. He glanced up as the person spoke, an unexpected smile flitting onto his face for half a second. Ha, maybe there were still likeable people in the world. "I wouldn't choose rat poison, unless you want to feel a hell of a lot of pain before you go out." He commented, then snorted quietly. "I wouldn't really use cyanide, though, either... maybe antifreeze, so I can slowly feel more and more agony until I finally die around 24 hours later. Maybe I'd feel better about what I've done. Or, if I'm feeling perfect, I'd just fill a room full of nitrogen. A bit complicated, but it'd be a painless way to go out. Unless the human body started panicking, anyway." He mused, accepting the drink and taking a small sip, glad of the sharp, almost painful flavor. Alastor was quite disappointed as he was reminded yet again that, although angels could feel pain, they could not die. No matter how much they drank, or how many times they tried to drown. He would just keep gulping for air, and never get any. Thankfully, his body didn't go into freakout mode when he didn't have air. That's why he wanted nitrogen as a way to go... but even that was impossible.
He had a feeling the bartender still wanted an answer, until he glanced up and saw the guy. His golden eyes immediately sharpened and studied the bartender for a couple seconds. Interesting. They had the same cold, hard look in their icy blue eyes that he usually had. The guy OBVIOUSLY hated being here and did NOT want to hear anything else about whining complaining babies that came to the bar to get drunk. Alastor turned back to his drink and said nothing, thinking. Even as his brain explored an option, he shut it down, gritting his teeth. Humans were never to be trusted. They were vile creatures. Why was he even thinking about this. A couple seconds later, as he was wallowing in a bit of angry depression and thought, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around with a glare, seeing an obviously drunk patron with a woman next to him. "My girlfriend waaants you to ppplay a sooong. Ppplay her a soooong." The voice drawled in such a drunk manner, Alastor's expression filled with disgust. "No. I'm done for the night." He grumbled, turning back to his drink. A second later, he felt a hand grabbing his collar and he was yanked backwards. "I ssssaaaid play her a song!" The drunkard thundered. Alastor jerked out of his grip, snarling, his eyes flashing with anger. He shoved the bigger man backwards with a strength that even someone his size shouldn't have had. The guy fell back and crashed into the floor. "I said I'm not. Singing. Any. More. Songs." He hissed, clenching his fists. The guy was up in half a second with a Roar, swinging wildly. [DAMN it. The LAST thing I FLIPPING needed. To start a bar fight!] Alastor thought with a half groan half growl. He ducked the first swings and they hit another man, and within half a second every drunk guy in the bar was punching and kicking like there was no tomorrow. He pushed his way out of the fray and back to the bar, where things weren't quite as bad, sitting right back down on his stool and taking a gulp of the whiskey, grimacing. "There you go, heavenly parents. This is my life now." He mumbled under his breath. Thankfully, not a scratch on him from the fight, as he was rather skilled and agile when it comes to ducking and dodging.

Austin King
👑~👑
Austin sighed and nodded along with the man.
"I suppose so. Though, not being able to breath is horrible."
Austin muttered, shaking his head slightly. Ew. Vulnerability. Austin grabbed a glass from a man who was sitting with his girlfriend it seemed. He didn't mean to be nosy... okay that was a lie. He totally meant it.
"Babe! I want to hear another song!"
She whined. Austin had to bite his cheek not to cringe at her voice. The man next to her turned to the man he was previously listening to and asked him to play a song. So this person was the one singing earlier? Well, they had a pretty good voice. But Austin really just wanted to listen to the music over the speakers for a bit. We'll, that and the loud chattering that accompanied it. Austin was snapped out of his thoughts as he heard a loud, slurred roar from someone. Looking up just in time he saw the drunk man swing a punch at the previous man. Austin sighed, slipping his fingers under the counter and pressing the security call button. Austin watched as the bar slowly turned to chaos. Drunk men and woman and anyone else were kicking and punching and screaming at each other. And when security ran in, shit got worse. Austin groaned, turning around and pouring himself large shot of vodka. He grabbed the shot, downing it and grumbling. He didn't even pull a face anymore. Ugh. He needed to get stronger alcohol. Austin looked up to the only man sitting at the bar and not being manhandled by security or fighting. It was the previous-apparently singer man. Austin stared at him and grumbled.
"Do you want another drink or are you just going to sit there and mumble to yourself?"
He asked, voice tinging with annoyance. He swore if he had a tail, it would be flicking behind him in pure agitation. But hey, at least the drunken people gave bigger tips usually. Because why not? Austin had absolutely no idea why he chose this job. It will most likely be the death of him. Austin stared blandly at the man still at the bar. Or Austin was going to drink himself to death. Either we're a possibility and either sounded great right now.
