11:39:27 Seven/Reaver/Krampus Careful with the chatspeak |
11:39:05 If you buy cheap yearling colts to geld that works too. |
11:38:58 Lynx/Whisper wow :0 thats lwk difficult, gl lol |
11:36:05 Geek My quests are to geld 25 stallions, capture a white horse, and capture 8 triple SubPar horses |
11:34:17 Lynx/Whisper oof, then maybe js wait till tmr to skip it, and try other quests meanwhile lol |
11:33:41 Geek @Lynx/Whisper
I can't skip my quests today, I already skipped. :/ |
11:33:22 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH Geek Honestly, I typically geld anything EEE and under lol But you can always buy cheap 2yo stallions, geld, and free range. You get profit that way, and more if you have a fr quest |
11:33:07 Lynx/Whisper geek no fr, i skipped the quest js cuz of that, theres no way i wanna geld my best stallions js cuz i wanna breed them lol |
11:31:59 Geek I'm trying to geld 25 of my stallions, to complete my one quest, but I don't like gelding my colts/stallions, cause I wanna breed them. Why is gelding studs so hard for me? DX |
11:30:19 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH 11:25:23 Geek @Wolf
If I do, maybe I'll get decent patterns then. X'D |
11:25:14 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH Ohh gotcha. That's quite annoying |
11:24:49 Athena - AAs Silver It doesn't. The game just removes her from breeding anf you have to put her back up afterwards |
11:24:26 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH Geek I mean I have 4 right now so I say go for it lol |
11:24:01 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH Athena That's odd :( Embryos shouldn't count towards that |
11:21:30 Geek I wanna make another account, just for breedings/colors, but not sure if I should do it. :/ |
11:21:07 Athena - AAs I hate that when you use a mares embryo it removes her from public brood. I just realized my WWW was not on the market at all this month |
11:19:39 Wan | Wolf | (I)SH I need to make a stable set for my KNN account but I don't feel like drawing another appy pattern -.- |

Overview Stadt Estates is located in the scenic valleys of south-central Germany, built on the bones of a historic old town on a hill. After receiving the large sum of decaying acreage and infrastructure from her late father in 2016, Emily Blue restored the property to its former glory, blending new age architecture with centuries-old historic charm. Moving back from the United States and taking clientel with her, Emily hopes to bring new life into this property and into the town below. Gipfel - Hilltop Krankenhaus Krankenhaus, appropriately named, is the site of a 20th century insane asylum, refurbished and decorated as the main house. It is an expansive facility located at the top of the hill, right off the main mountain roads, which connect to a short pathway leading to a circular drive. This large house is the image of the property, considering you can see its presence on the mountain from the nearby town. It is thick with two L-shaped wings jutting out either side, towards the circular drive. From the back, views of the equestrian center below are visible, so riders are granted a clear view of their horses whenever desired. The furniture in the home is the same blend between historic and modern, somehow fashionable despite all eccentricity. Krankenhaus is not without personality, though: things have been known to break and creak due to age, further fueling rumors of hauntings. This is not disclosed to newcomers, of course. It is more of a local legend.
Kirche Like the main house, Kirche is an appropriately named old cathedral that peeks out of the woods on the top of the hill, a quarter-mile walk from the main drive off a wooded path. Kirche has been refurbished as a large dining hall for all of the residential riders and those visiting, and the upstairs lofts have been repurposed as large meeting rooms for groups of all sizes. While you can almost always find someone there eating a meal or catching up with friends, the upper level of Kirche is also often used as a meeting space for the competition groups, clinics, and more. These rooms can be rented out for parties with permission from Emily. Flachland - Lowland Equestrian Amenities Using the steep path down the mountain (or driving, for the weary), riders can access the 200+ acres of equestrian property, featuring three outdoor arenas, ten sprawling pastures, and four fifty-stall barns, two of which have stalls with private turnout, shared pens between two or three horses on rotation. Still under construction is the indoor arena, trails, and the restoration of the old racetrack which sits to the far right of the land, past the farthest pastures and barely in sight. Emily intends to add more barns on that side of the property, and a grass jump field in the center of the track. Some trails are accessible, but none are marked and some do not have an end. If you choose to trail ride, ride at your own risk. While these amenities are top of the line already, many pro riders have chosen to relocate here with the promise of all that is to come. Housing / Boarding Information As previously mentioned in the sign up, Krankenhaus has two L-shaped wings off to either side. Only riders under eighteen are separated by gender, and there are no restrictions as to where anyone can travel in the house other than a curfew policy placed on the under eighteen wings. L- stands for Left Wing, R- stands for Right Wing and M- stands for Main Wing. The first number refers to the floor the person is placed on, and the second two refer to the room number. So, L-523 refers to room 23 on the fifth floor of the left wing. Though the rooms are fairly small, they are each furnished with a wooden bed and desk, a large window, and a wooden closet on one wall with shelving and metal rails to hang things. There are also several units of cabinets for personal belongings with a sink on an L-shaped countertop unit below. Riders are welcome to bring their own furniture in or otherwise redecorate, granted that the large items with the exception of the desk and bed stay in place. There are hall bathrooms on each floor. Due to the former layout of the old building, individual bathrooms could not be installed. At this time, pets are not allowed unless in extenuating circumstances. Like the housing assignments, the letter at the beginning of the stall is the barn the horse is in, and the number following is the stall number. So, C-25 would be Stall 25 in Barn C.

Ivie Torres | Emmett, Open
Five days of interrupted travel had taken its toll on Ivie Torres, so much so that as she stared out the frosted bus window towards the property for the first time, she could hardly take in its beauty. It was hailing in Virginia when she’d taken her first flight out of Charlottesville, and it was snowing by her first connection in Richmond. She’d been stopped somewhere in New Jersey for a day due to the weather there, and she’d still had patience then. By the time she’d made it across the Atlantic, the weather seemed to have caught up with her, and another two days of delay met her in Munich. By the time she’d flown into the small local airport, she was beyond exhausted, and snowed in until one of the Stadt Estate drivers could get to her. Apparently a blizzard had blown through the mountains six days prior, leaving several feet of snow in its wake. If she hadn’t been so cold and tired, she would’ve enjoyed the beautiful winter scenery and the charming little town below the estate. She wasn’t able to easily identify much in the condition it was in, most of the signs still buried in snow despite fairly clear roads. The driver spoke American English with the kind of accent she’d only heard in cowboy movies, and she wondered if it was fake. He said his name was Emmett, and she didn’t bother to inquire further after that, though she had questions about his occupation and about his ties to Germany. The only thing he’d bothered to point out was a large university on the outskirts of the charming little village, alongside another farm across the street from the school that she would have assumed was Emily’s if not for the large sign that said Riverwild out front. This so-called Emmett did not even know the name of the college, and Ivie began to believe he was just as new to Stadt Estates as she was. The next thing she knew, Emmett was forcefully driving up a steep mountainside, the roads not quite as mild here as in town. He said they were getting close. She wondered if he meant to the farm or to inevitable death. She remained silent, eyes focused on the world outside of the window. She’d never been to Europe, and she’d never wanted to. The only reason she was here was because she needed money, and the only job she’d managed to land with worthwhile benefits hadn’t given her an option. If it was up to her, she would have much preferred to work on the track in California, or maybe somewhere in Florida. Somewhere warm. Not this winter insanity. Finally, Emmett managed to make it up the mountain and into the circular drive of the magnificent property. Everything was covered in snow, giving it an eerie feeling. The main house loomed over the driveway, and the forest surrounding the large entrance. She immediately got a bad feeling about the house, as if bad things had happened there. She wondered what it was before it was apart of Emily’s equestrian endeavour, but she didn’t bother to ask Emmett. He seemed useless, other than being a fairly decent driver. The house looked more like a jail or a penitentiary, like she’d seen in horror movies, and never in real life. Like the move to Germany, she’d live in it against her will.
“I reck’n you should go’n see if Emily’s ‘round here somewhere,” Emmett replied uselessly. “I dunno much past this point, I’m just a driver.”
“Thank you,” Ivie replied curtly, biting her lower lip to prevent the ‘for nothing’ from escaping. … She never found Emily, but an unmanned welcome table sat in the foyer of the large house, just beyond the gigantic wooden doors. She stood on the other side of it, quickly reading all of the information she needed to know for fear that if she lingered too long, someone would assume she was knowledgable and altruistic enough to help them. If she wanted to be helpful, she would have applied for a job that involved dealing with other human beings.
After finding her name on a housing sheet, Ivie went off towards the wing marked ‘L’ and up the stairs. There was an elevator, but she wasn’t even sure it was in service. After far too long of a walk, Ivie realized that she needed a card to scan the door. Despite the building’s historic look and damp smell, it apparently had good security. If she wasn’t so defeated, she would have appreciated the fact that she’d be safe from intrusion. Making her way slowly back down the stairs, backpack and luggage still in hand, Ivie resentfully began to look for someone to help her receive her credentials, so she could finally go in and crash.

Stephanie Renolds | M: Open ,Open | Deep Blue Eyes (Blue) The day has finally came for the young girl when she arrived to the beautiful lot of Stadt equesterian center she took a deep breath when she puts her car in park and opened the door and walked to the back of the truck which was hauling a white horse trailer that had a few scuffs here and there she unlatched the trailer door soon grabbing a leadrope clipping it to the halter of her beautiful blue roan stallion she gently pushed him queing to go backwards once the stallion was out she took off his travel boots and walking toward the barn to atleast find a stable hand or another rider she patted the stallion on the neck as they continued their walk she took the time to check out everything the pastures , arenas , and other facilitys she looked at everything in awe and turned to her stallion "i think you and i will enjoy it here" she said calmly to the stud the stallion perked his ears at everything they passed even stoping a few times to neigh and look at the facilitys she stared at the barn admiring how nice it was she fiddled with the leadrope a bit nervously once her and Blue reached the barn she looked around waiting for someone to pop out before she went looking for Blue's stall quickly putting on her jacket as she stared at the snow outside she frowned a bit but patted Blue's neck again to make her feel a bit better about the awful weather.
