I always found it easier to befriend kids. More entertainment, plus they're more honest, less drama, and plus you take a load off of other people XD. I found it way hard to keep friendships, so I just quit trying and just befriended my teachers.

If she's been good to you, I'd say it'd be okay to approach and make sure she didn't take your request poorly. But only in that fashion. But if she's been known to make drama, drop it and leave it. Otherwise it'll explode in your face.

I get you wanna keep friends, but if they have a problem with you expressing your boundaries, then that's not exactly the best friendship to have. I'd personally let it sit for a while. If she still takes issue with it after a day or so, probably better cut loose than to keep. But then again, that's probably why I didn't have friends in school.

I think it's pretty reasonable to ask to bot have pictures taken of you. As long as you asked politely, then there shouldn't be a problem. If she got a problem with you expressing your boundaries, that's kinda not a good thing.... in my opinion anyways
