| @Sunni, I think? I haven't researched much of the connection, but I think it is the low-inflammation diet? I mostly stopped gluten for my IBS, but also noticed by joints and body hurt less. |

| @Glacier, I have heard fibromyalgia can be helped with diet. Not sure exactly what, but for me eating much less gluten helps. |

| Revel your pretty tall, am only 5ft even. And I was 150 pounds. Muscles also are heavier. |

| Revel this might sound funny, if you cannot wait and you are struggling let them check your thyroid. That was my mom's problem she would try and struggle and no matter what she did she could not lose weight. Come to find out it was her thyroid. |
