| I go out with Thor every night, but it's shorter in the winter when it's dark and cold at freaking 3pm. Now that the days are getting longer, we'll be back to our regular outings |

| Ally, You got this in the bag! My mom went from 150 to 130ish by running, and my dad went from 200+ to 150 just by walking. They did this with no pills, and in 6-5 months. |
