She actually told me on Christmas Eve that she wanted me to get rid of them. Since them I've been messaging friends and family, posting on facebook, nobody can take them.
We used to have a cat at our visit house to help with mice and help boost morale but he got exiled because ONE staff hates cats and was looking for any reason for him to be gone. So here he is at my house now. Meet Maury -Click-
Unfortunately my landlord is my mother and we have a verbal, non-fixed contract, so she can change the terms at her whim and I have no legal leg to stand on. One is 4, One is 2 and one is 1 year old. The two year old is not even my cat... he belongs to my partner, who is currently overseas and won't even get to say goodbye. Needless to say, my mother is not a kind person.
If you signed an agreement stating the cats can be there, and they change their mind and try to evict you for not getting rid of the cats, you can probably take them to small claims court.
