| @Glacier, I have heard fibromyalgia can be helped with diet. Not sure exactly what, but for me eating much less gluten helps. |

| Revel this might sound funny, if you cannot wait and you are struggling let them check your thyroid. That was my mom's problem she would try and struggle and no matter what she did she could not lose weight. Come to find out it was her thyroid. |

| Revel that can be hard, trust me. I can't control my weight. I was 150 went down to 113 in a month now am back up to 116 so am putting weight back on. It's like that keeps happening. |
