I mean it helps that she was honest and when we ge the accident report and we can get a hold of her insurance, we can get the ball rolling. I had to miss 3 days of work, so I am planning getting her for loss wages as well as my pain and suffering hopefully.

Ack! Not terrible, but still not good at all. Looks a lot like when my parents got T-boned when I was a baby/toddler. Same thing, old lady blew the light looking at a different accident. This was the mid/late 90s.
