The game just messaged me to tell me I got an award but I have no idea what it's for or how to find out. Seems wierd because I've only been playing 3 weeks. Is this a random glitch or something as part of RO?

Go to your stable page, and if you scroll down there is an awards section. It says you have one. You can click on it and look what it is for.

Year #169: Wild Wind Stables was #80 junior stable in most points overall.

Awards like this aren't really rare for new players.
