What is the fastest way to earn money? I'm trying to start a breeding program but it isnt working out. I tried the show string but I haven't gotten many points. I was wondering why. Thanks! Any other ways?

Showing is the best way to earn money, keep working on building your show string and make sure you only enter competitive horses and it'll get better. Games are a decent way to make small money to buy geldings or pay for show fees if you're really struggling that much.

You won't make much money showing until you have 100+ gelds who are level 4+. It takes a while to get there, but it's worth it. If you can afford some extra barns, another way to make cash is to breed to mares for under 1000 and hang onto the foals until they're 2 so you can freerange them. Don't bother rating them, or else you'll lose money. If you can afford an investment, buy a couple mid-LB stallions and put them up for stud with low restrictions. Mares are too risky in the current market, even ABLB ones have a hard time being brooded.

Set up some pastures, and put low-rated (SU through S) stallions and mares in it -- one stallion for every 20 mares. Leave them alone -- they'll breed on their own. Hold onto the foals until RO, then FR them. Don't bother rating them -- they won't have decent ratings anyway.

Don't only show your geldings, especially if you've just started your gelding army. Show your breeding stock as well. You need to train them anyway to track their training, they might as well show. Just remember that studs and mares need an extra week of training compared to CS'd mares and geldings. Also make sure your horses are assigned to the right riders. I've seen two or three horses that have higher levels than their riders (red numbers on the barn page) and make sure your horses are really ready to show. Then even a small show string will earn you some money. If it's supposed to support a large breeding program, you need more show horses. I used to have over 1000 for my AD breeding program.
