When matching horses you want to find horses complimenting each other in strength and weaknesses. So e.g. your mare Silver Morning: according to her training she was down a training bar in spd by wk 5. That's an indication she's weak in it. So when matching her, you'll always have to find a stud strong in spd. She was also a training bar down in int and scp by wk 9, so those are her other weaknesses. She was up a training bar in hrt wk 8 so that's her strength. So when finding a stud for her, you want to match her with a stud strong in int, scp and spd to make up for her weaknesses and that stud can be weak/ or better average in hrt as it's one of her strengths. The better you match your horses the higher are the chances to get a good foal. You're EEE from Silver Morning was most likely RF working in your favour as the stud you used was also weak in int and spd but strong in hrt. If you like to learn more about the mechaics of matching, I can recommend Hyrim's matching guide. It's a few years old so the new rating wasn't implemented but the mechanics of matching have stayed the same ( link)
