Raised prices by just over 35k ish I'm on the very very low end of tier 1 like suggested but have had no orders, apart from 1 which was discounted
Was moving up the right decision

Sunset, you are very talented, love. Do not doubt your art decisions <3 If you feel that ultimately, the time you spend on each piece is worthy of Tier 1, then it is where it belongs. Pricing isn't purely about quality, it is also about your own thoughts on what your time is worth. Quality is a big portion of it but it isn't everything. There is a healthy balance between the two.
There could be a few reasons people aren't ordering, as well. It is the middle of the month currently, so there aren't really any new foals needing art. I also see a lot of bigger stables pulling out their older Christmas sets, which decreases the need to buy new ones. I also know that a lot of stables can sometimes barely afford Tier 2, let alone Tier 1. Unless I'm mistaken (this is my first "art Christmas", ahah), I do think things slow down a little bit during these months. Especially because of all the traveling. I've seen a little less people in my shop, too.
If I were to suggest anything, it would be to keep practicing. Practice practice practice. Try doing more auctions, try new things, get your name out there a little more with each step you take. Art is a journey all about learning new techniques and being curious. Your artwork is gorgeous and I adore it- but, there are places that every artist can improve and learn new abilities and skills. Even the much more professional artists have those places.
I think you just need to keep taking those steps, and you'll find that people will come out a little more. <3
