Turns out I had a lot more RL stuff to cram than I had time for art... Was a bit of a mess, but I'm hoping to get back to steady once a week updates now that I've settled in at my new job. I realize I've neglected my custom base orders for a little while so I'm hoping to get them caught up soon. For today though we have a chonky pegasus update: I'm starting the shading off pretty soft so I can more flexible with shading the wings and the shadows cast by the wings. |

And I forgot to include this wing sketch in the last post... These ones won't be nearly as fancy as the draft peggy, mostly chunky shading with very little refined detailed overall. Just going hardcore with the lines... |

So I've been burning myself out when I binge draw/make customs and I've been feeling terribly guilty about not working on things consistently... On a side note I'm working on this as a sort of palette cleanser and I'm trying to get myself in the habit of shorter art sessions more frequently so that I won't burn myself out as often. |
