I had some guy, never seen him before, walk to my house every day for like a week straight. He wouldn't go in the gate he would just stand and look at the house for like two minutes then leave.
for clarification..I live in the middle of nowhere, I have no neighbours and my house is next to a forest.
After that week passed I saw him as I was leaving my house after my lunch break to go back to work. He was again just standing outside the gate looking in at everything so I went to the gate and asked if he was ok, he said yes, I asked if he needed something, he said no.
I was like alright and left it at that.
Next day I met him at the same time and he pointed to my goat and said "Is your goat for sale?" I said no sorry he's not. That was that.
Next day he asked if my shed for was sale?? Like just the shed not even the house. I was like...umm no?
he proceeded to ask me everyday for ANOTHER week if this that or the other thing was for sale. I eventually just snapped as I was leaving my house on the 8th day of him about to ask me something. No Sir, nothing is for sale on this property. Absolutely nothing is for sale.
He closed his mouth and walked off, never to been seen again.
That's when I found out like a month later he was an insane person like not mentally ok and was known to be aggressive according to the people that know him.
He escaped! From the mental home he was in! People wanted to know if he hurt me in anyway I was like no?! He did nothing!
not really a funny story but a very strange story that happened to me
It was just really strange how nothing seemed off about him apart from him asking those questions. Like I didn't get weird vibes or feel uncomfortable with him there.
The guy is ok and back in his mental home. Nobody was harmed.
