Welcome Folks to Canterwood Park.
Today these fine horses are running for the Lavender Cup! 
We have nine outstanding racehorses in the lineup! In the first gate we have, Sporting Chance's Fred. Then Dash and Duchess' Titan Tradgedy. The Flash is representing Ynys Hafod Stables. Vancouver's ∀Hotspot is in the fourth gate. In the middle is Arabian Heritage's WBS Confession Of Faith. A Hundred Billion Galaxies is running for Rivendell Steeds. Gate eight is *Winter Equines*' Dernière Danse. Next up is S t o r m s e t of Galloping Graces. On the outside is Fossil's Dreams' Flaming Bugs! What a line up folks! Cheer Loud, Cheer Hard - because Folks: THEY'RE OFF! Look at that start! WBS Confession Of Faith jumped out front followed by S t o r m s e t. Dernière Danse is tight behind as they flow to the rail. Already a furlong out and by golly what's going on!? A Hundred Billion Galaxies is fighting for the lead. Looks like a bit of jostling in the middle between ∀Hotspot, Flaming Bugs, and Titan Tradgedy. Don't count those in the back. Fred is known for powering through towards the latter half. Around the turn they go! Dernière Danse is in the front leading by half a stride. WBS Confession Of Faith is tailing them not giving up. A Hundred Billion Galaxies isn't far behind. Look at that The Flash is making their move on the backstretch, jumping from seventh to fifth. ∀Hotspot is moving on the outside. Final turn folks. Hold on to your hats! They are coming in hot! Fred is nosing for the lead. Flaming Bugs is making headway through the pack. They'e fanning out! It's coming to the wire! Titan Tradgedy is making their moves through the middle. Things are shaking up and they are almost home! S t o r m s e t is not letting up! They've been hounding first since the beginning. WHAT A WIN! The Flash grabbed first by a half lenght! Yes folks there you have it. The Flash won the Lavender Cup. S t o r m s e t came in second, and ∀Hotspot in third. What a great day at the races!
