Raven looked surprised and smiled. No one had ever complimented her for her accent, only smirked and gossiped. When she saw Azealia move into a gallop, she noticed she had a draft-ish build to her as well. Raven was very excited, she had never met someone who shared this with her. She gave a half rear and started galloping after the paint mare. Catching up to her, she realized something. They had the same pace. Even though their coats were the most opposite you could get them, Raven's being plain black and Azealia's being spotted and colorful, they were very much in common. They shared the half draft and even though Raven didn't really know what else she was, she assumed it had been some sort of sport horse, and by the paint's conformation, she was as well. Raven felt happy to release some of her energy. When she looked back over at Azealia, she noticed her coat had some kind of sheen to it when the sun hit it just right. Not the normal shine of a brushed out coat, but a metallic sheen, almost making her look diamond like. "Wow..." By the look Azealia gave her, she knew she hadn't kept that in her head as planned. "Oh uh, I just noticed your coat had a neat look to it. Anyways, um, we should probably pick up the pace, the herd his pulling away." As Raven's eyes searched the ridge, she saw horses thundering over the top, leaving only rising dust. As their legs moved quicker, they caught up to them, stopped in a clearing of fresh grass. Knowing this was just a pit stop for an hour or so, she bent her head to eat the grass, water droplets balanced on them. She motioned for the mare beside her to do the same.

"Hm" Azealia liked the fresh grass that had left it's taste, though she did stop to shake off a littl dust every now and then, if she had stopped rolling around in the dirt before they had to move, then she wouldn't have to shake her body. But she did anyways.

Though Raven's words never left her mind, she did smile every now and then, but Azealia swished her tail to get a bug off of her side, seeming to be annoyed by the bugs sometimes.

She did look up at the sky once more, she calmed down but she did stretch her body when she needed it since she felt stiff standing in one place for awhile, then she decided to lay down for the time being.

She was a little bored, she was bored to eat grass, and she was bored standing in one place, though she did get up for a random reason. But she then walked over to Raven, to at least stay by her when she walked off to some grass before, but she now felt bored and wanted to do something.

Raven noticed Azealia's restlessness, even though she could tell she was trying not to show it, and nudged her playfully. The mare was growing bored of grazing as well and glanced at the lead mare. She seemed preoccupied with grazing and watching, so Raven looked at the paint. "Well, we could go explore a bit, not to far, and not to long though, I've gotten in trouble before doing that." Raven rolled her eyes. She really hated the strictness sometimes, but knew it was for their safety.

"Sounds like a perfect idea! And you've gotten into trouble before?" Azealia sounded a bit confused, she never knew that some herds were really strict.

"Well, let's go! Or should we tell the lead mare?" Azealia asked Raven, she never knew what to do in a herd before, so she might as well ask now instead of later.

"But if we're doing this in secret, then I'll get us back in time!" Azealia whispered, she was good at sneaking, better yet she was clever- sometimes..

Then Azealia began to scout out for a possible location that might interest the two, that was when she smelled water, not far but certainly near!

That was when she looked at Raven and then looked back at the same direction before starting to gallop, for having a draft build she was quite faster then she was, though the excitment in the air between the two had gotten to Azealia as she rushed off to the water..

Then when she neared the water, she took a little sip and then splashed into it, seeming to be happier then normal, but she did get out of the water once she was done doing whatever.

And that was when she spotted some other horse's that were drinking from the water source and looked at Azealia as she just jumped in with no idea that they were there..

"Ah, my bad!" Azealia apologized, though the most different horse out of the group was a big stallion, he looked like a clydesdale but with many other parts of his build that were different, and he walked up to Azealia..

Raven ran after Azealia. She was pulling away from her, her speed a bit quicker than the black mare's. She saw her splashing around and Raven cantered over, but when she saw a big stallion walking over to her she panicked. The paint mare might not be able to read expressions as well as her, but Raven could tell he was not happy. That stallion was the leader of a smaller harem that riveled with their herd occassionally. The mare's mind thought fast. When she got an idea, she rushed over to a flower patch, picked one and trotted smoothly over to the stallion. She reached up and placed the flower in his forelock. With her tail facing Azealia, the paint couldn't see the look Raven gave him. They weren't very fond of one another and left each other's horses alone. The stallion backed up and walked back to his mares. He knew the black mare wouldn't go down without a fight. When she spun back to Azealia, she had a confused expression on her face, and looked slightly hurt. Oh boy. Raven rolled her eyes playfully and walked with long strides over to her. "Oh c'mon, that guy is no good. He's just got a thick head, dumber thanna rock I tell ya. He just uses his big boy muscles to swoon the gals, then steals 'em for his own. Honestly, notta good choice at all. Anyways, we should probably head back at this point, don't really wanna get caught in the crossfires of Maple's fumin' words again. It'd be I believe the third time. This herd can be a real pain in the butt sometimes." As we wandered back to the herd, we slipped back in with the horses cleverly, and the alpha didn't seem to notice.

Azealia was laying down when they got back, she was thinking at what Raven told her, she was probably right about the stallion, though she wanted to adventure out again..

So she developed a plan when they would move again, but it would have to be night since she wanted to go and explore at night! At least since she was being called for adventure, since she couldn't help but want to explore. But she just waited, and waited until they moved again, at least not for another million hours!

Azealia was wondering when they would move again so she could explore on her own this time, and do it masterfully, so she was planning while taking a nap.

But she had her ears perked up so that she could get up when she heard the herd move again.

Maple watched two members of the herd return and she greeted them 'So, you decided to come?' She asked with a smile.

Mercy trotted over to Azealia and 'Hello, my name is Mercy, do you like moving?' she asked curiously, wondering if she felt the same way. Mercy didn't really like moving, but she could handle it sometimes. Mercy's black coat shimmered in the sunlight and the white marks on her face made her look a bit funny.

Maple nuzzled her entire herd " We will stay here for a while!"
