Amber looked at Sage sternly "no your not! You are not going to murder anyone! I know what village Nymeria is talking about now!" She grinned. "Believe it or believe it not the people in this village are actually kind and welcoming Sage, they were the outcasts of their villages so they came together to make this one!"

Sage made a face. "Fine. I'll only kill them if they start something." He leaned down to Fire Storms ear. "how long is the flight?"

Nymeria chuckled Fire Storm doesn't know, I didn't tell her until dismorning.
Amber looked at Sage disappointedly "promise me Sage, don't even take out your dagger when we get there! Kappish?!"

He groaned. "Fine, fine. I promise." He glanced over at Nymeria. "Then I'll ask you. 'Cause I'm getting bored. And when I get bored shit usually happens."

Nymeria smirked you wouldn't be bored if you stepped up to your role as 'Amber's boyfriend' she chuckled.
They set flight and got there in about 25 minutes. "We're here!" Amber said excitedly.
Amber jumped down off Nymeria and walked in through the entrance into the village. A little girl ran up to her with a big smile on her face, hugged Amber and ran Into the village shouting "She has come back!". Almost immediately Amber was surrounded by children, men and women hugging her and giving her gifts. Two men sat her on their shoulders and carried her into the main part of the village. "Come Sage! Come meet the people!" She shouted as they walked with her.
The men gave her flower necklaces and the women gave her a little crown made of sticks "thank you" she giggled.

"Come children, shh shh" she lifted her finger to her lips and smiled "gather around in a circle and I shall tell you a story" Amber began telling a story about dragons and knights and all the things children want to hear about.

Nymeria looked at Sage and whispered I told you I would prove it to you! 100 odd children here, quiet as mice listening

Mason stared at her, quickly thinking up a smart-ass response. "That or something very close." I almost saw you turn into one. Finishing the sentence in head head. "Let's go to shore so that.." He motioned to her arm. "can be fixed."

He turned Astic to the nearest island and torpedoed him that way.

Rome shrugged and Iph dropped into a barrel role, going down, then he straightened and followed Astic.

Sage grunted. "I'm not a people person in general. I like Amber. And that's really it," he muttered from where he was leaning against a wall with his arms crossed. He was near Amber, but stayed in the shadows, not trusting of any of the people. But if Ambet trusted and liked them, he didnt think they would try anything. He just wasnt used to being around people. He preferred the company of the dragons and Amber to the crowd.

Amber noticed Sage in the middle of her story standing in the shadows and put him into her story "...the knight gasped! There was a lurker! In the Shadows!" She got up and ran to Sage "Is he a thief? Is he just a randomer?" She pointed to a little boy and she dragged Sage to where the children were sitting "well what do you think he is?" The boy thought for a moment "I think he's a thief!" The little boy giggled. Amber shuck her head laughing "Oh no! We have a thief on our hands we must stop him!" She continued on with her story, role playing it out as she developed it more and more. She had the children laughing, gasping and being quiet. She nudged Sage to get in on the action "just this once" she whispered "..for me?!"

Sage groaned. "Fine," he muttered. He went along with whatever Amber did for a while. He had to admit, it wasn't as bad as he thought it was, mostly because Amber was having fun with it. He relaxed a bit but was still somewhat on edge.

A little girl tan up to Amber after she finished her story and she was talking to the adults. "Amber, who's that guy?" She was pointing at Sage. Amber blushed, not really sure what to say "he is a very funny guy...who's not actually a thief" she giggled. The little girl took Amber's hand and walked her of the Sage and made them stand side by side. She cocked her head and thought for a moment "I don't think you two are friends..are you sure you're not married or something?" Amber blushed and laughed "no..no not married anyway!...but yeah we are more than friends...I guess?" The little girl raised an eyebrow "I want you to prove it" Amber gave her a confused look " ah no maybe not today a different day..maybe? She laughed nervously.
