I have heard a lot lately about not getting good foals after the 3rd breeding. I'm not sure this is true but I was wondering what people think. I just want the best chance to breed an WWW. Thanks.

I personally hold all of my 2nd embryos for the 1st of the following month. But I think that's partly just out of habit.

Edit: I forgot to say that I personally wouldn't breed late this year because they'd be a week behind in training.

Regarding the legend of the first three breedings, I personally believe it's just a coincidence caused by people usually doing their strongest matches first. I've had horrible svenned foals from the top 3 and have had great foals happen after a dozen breedings.
