(I'm afraid im not good at equestrian starting posts, so this is some what short)
A fair hand travels through Snow White hair as if he was asking- No, commanding for his thin hair to stay back. His footsteps are light, but not silent. The boots he wore, hit the ground with a thud. Each step he took was steady, as was his breathing. He was keeping a specific pace, wether he knew it himself or not.
His dazed hazel eyes traveling from the concrete floor to the rows of stall doors, and horses peeking their head out. Other horses moving around the stable, their handlers leading them. Dogs followed a few of the handlers. He was up all night, he had just joined this stable, ranch? He couldn’t ever get those straight. The day before, all had gone well and was to excited to fall asleep. Well that and watching videos all night… All he knew he was exhausted from the previous night and most definitely not in his best mood. His face shown that from the bags under his upturned eyes. A small smile crossed the man’s face, his eyes landing on his horse. That smile soon fading as he noticed a small paper book, hung by a pin. Hang from the stable door. He opened it, as it hadn’t been there the day before. He then read the first sentence from the first page. Stall 12, Josh Miller. Josh then set the pamphlet down, proceeding to pull the hook holding the stable door shut up. He pulled the door open just enough to slide in, once he had proceeded in. He quickly closed the stall door, re-latching the latch. In one of the corners and leashed up German Shepard was jumping like a mad man. While the Australian Shepard got in a pose you’d see when a dog is herding sheep, licking the air in front of himself. A white n black paint horse came up to Josh, who stroked her face. "Good girl Marigold." |

Rya opened her truck door and clambered out of it, she had just been dropped off from the airport dumped at the stable grounds. She grabbed her leather bag that had sat next to her the whole way from Germany, the only horse that had arrived was DD because Trouble had been held out going through more inspections. The women threw the bag on her shoulder, the pamphlet held tightly in her right hand. She wondered towards the eventing barn, passing the dressage and jumper barn which were alive with people scurrying about.
. She stepped inside the beautiful detailed structure, her blue eyes scanned the stalls and the top of the stables. The white and navy blue looked amazing clashed together and she gave a small smile, before taking another step opening the tiny book where her stall number would be "Stall... 17 for DD" she nodded then looked at where Trouble would be "Stall 20" she shrugged it wasn't that bad. Rya went to the lockers and placed the things she didn't need in her assigned locker after she grabbed her helmet, walking towards the mares stall. Stopping infront of the box she perked in and saw DD munching away on her hay, her back towards the female. She shook her head and opened the door, grabbed her halter and clipping the lead on. Once in the cross ties she headed towards the tack room to retrieve her grooming tools then strided back, the women set to work on her dashing dappled coat.
. Tack was secure on top of the equines back, she slipped into her protective vest and led her towards the arena. Once inside she mounted checking her irons before asking for a nice walk forward, she watched the wilderness that surrounded them as they walked, enjoying the blur of colors. |
