Max smiled and gave a nod "Fine by me." She said happily. Once the dishes were done they spend the rest of the day kinda hanging out and playing with the kids. Once they were in bed Max picked up the house a bit before she sat on the couch with a small content sigh "I think that's everything we could possibly step on picked up..." She chuckled.

Sage smiled and nodded, happy with how the evening had gone. He sat down next to his wife with a weary but happy sigh and cuddled up to her with a content hum in his throat. 'im definitely willing to risk it a bit to have another one," he murmured. "I knew I wanted one but this is really nice."

Maxine smiled "Good... I really love having two kids here." She said happily wrapping her arms around him "I can't wait until Charlie is a big sister." She said happily. In the weeks that followed they took Oliver a few times a week while Travis and Hailey focused on Riley as they wanted to keep a close eye on her for any possible health issues. After about a month the two of them could get back to trying for their 2nd kiddo. She hoped maybe by Charlie's birthday she and Sage would be starting to prepare for Charlie's little sibling.

Sage smiled and nodded, murmuring a "me too" to his wife happily. He always enjoyed having Ollie over after that. He was glad he'd met Travis, and he loves Ollie almost like his own kid after a certain point in time. Charlie and Ollie could even sort of talk to each other by then too, since Charlie had more and more words as time went on. It was still a bit of a babble, but she could talk a bit. He was a bit sad once all of that time was over, since he's grown used to having the little boy around, but it just made him more excited for one of his own. That was a positive about Ollie leaving, he supposed. They could keep trying for another one.

Max smiled hugging her husband "So I had a thought... How about we let my dad look after Charlie and we book a hotel for the weekend?" She suggested with a smile "How does that sound?"

Sage smiled over at Max and nodded. "I've been thinking of doing something like that for our honeymoon," he hummed. "We could take a few days and go somewhere nice for it, and have some fun during the day while we're at it," he suggested. Then he chuckled. "I already have a place in mind."

She raised a curious brow before her lips widened into a playful smile "Really now? Great minds do think alike don't they?" she giggled "So do I get any hints or is it a surprise?" she asked curiously.

Sage chuckled and nodded. 'your only hint is that you're going to love it," he chirped. He was really excited, and he could make reservations that night for a hotel and a flight...he would have them pick up a motorcycle once they got to their destination. It was a small beach, a few hours south. It was nice and warm, and a pretty destination. It had a little cabin on the beach for them to stay in, and it was a private stretch of land. A few days wasn't too expensive.

Maxine laughed "Okay then... Well what should I bring?" she asked curiously "Anything in particular?" she asked tipping her head as she looked up at him wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him close.

Sage chuckled and wrapped his arms around her to pull himself even closer to the girl. "Nope, just pack for a trip. I'll handle anything special we might need," he hummed. "Clothes, swimsuit, toothbrush, you know the drill," he chuckled.
