Smack dab in the middle of horse country, Wellington Florida, is the multi million dollar equestrian center: In Sync International.
The Warmblood part of this 250 acre paradise includes a gorgeous 30 stall barn, 11 spacious pastures, 2 indoor arenas, 2 training/outdoor arenas, 2 grain storage silos, and 30 14' X 14' stalls. This property also contains a large lake, safe to swim in. ISI has been surrounded by trees to block out noisy cars for the safety of the horses and the handlers.
The Thoroughbred part of the property contains a high class barn with 50 stalls, 11 private pastures, one full racetrack with seating, guest stables with over 200 stalls, and plenty of guest pastures for the horses. The guest barns can also house horses that are visiting for the warmblood division.
ISI is also the proud owner of a massive 7 horse stall trailer. Fully air conditioned, LED lights, chrome finish metal, living room, full tack room, this trailer has it all. This monstrous trailer makes it a pleasure to travel.
ISI is a fairly new barn so ISI has plenty of room to grow. This barn plans to raise some of the finest warmbloods and thoroughbreds the world has ever known. ✼ •• ┈┈┈┈๑⋅⋯ ୨˚୧ ⋯⋅๑┈┈┈┈ •• ✼ You make a right into what is known as In Sync International, a beautiful multi million dollar equestrian center. You see gorgeous Turkey Oak trees, lined up exactly 50 feet apart. The array of green and brown is absolutely breathtaking.
You continue to drive through this canopy of leaves, the sunlight sprinkling on the car as you drive by. You look over to the right and see two beautiful chestnut stallions, grazing side by side. You guess they are father and son from the close resemblance. In the pasture in front of it, you see a grey painted warmblood suddenly burst into a full gallop, startled by your car. You drive a little slower, admiring the horse and trying not to startle any other horse.
You continue to drive on and you come across a parking lot and find the nearest open space and park your car. You quickly turn the key, in a hurry to get to the barn. You start to stride to the barn and in your way is a beautiful crystal blue fountain with a rearing horse in the center. You carefully step around, trying not to disturb the gravel and you head inside the massive building.
You look around and see pure white stalls, lined with black steel bars rising up and down. The clean concrete stretched all the way to the back of the barn until it came to the arena. You see multiple horses foraging for hay in their stalls, not bothering to lift their head to welcome you, except only a select few. Suddenly, a chestnut filly let out a big neigh, yearning for admirers. You pet the little ones nose and she snorts a very cute snort. That's when you realized that you had to board at this barn. The scenery, the unexpected company, and the comfort all made this perfect barn a missing piece to your horsey puzzle.
✼ •• ┈┈┈┈๑⋅⋯ ୨˚୧ ⋯⋅๑┈┈┈┈ •• ✼ Description of the property:
The main barn at In Sync International consists of 25 14 X 14 gorgeous stalls each for the stallions and geldings and behind it is an identical barn for the mares. The facility has 2 state of the art indoor arenas for both Dressage and Show Jumping which are fully air conditioned and beautifully lit. The arenas also contain a breathtaking viewing area for the staff. A spacious beautiful tack room is located in the main barn that comes with a bathroom and lounge area for the staff.
The property also has separate barns for foals and yearlings. The foaling barn consists of 10 spacious foaling stalls and 6 pastures for the little foals of ISI to grow up in. The yearling barn contains 20 12 X 12 stalls and 7 pastures so the young ones have a lot of room to grow.
In Sync International also has a total of 44 pastures. Six 2 horse pastures are dedicated to the foaling barn for all of the mare and foal needs, seven 3 horse pastures are for the yearling barn, six 5 horse pastures are for the stallion barn with eight 1 horse pastures for those stallions that don't get along. Five 5 horse pastures are for the mares with four 1 horse pastures for the mares who aren't too fond of other horses. Four large horse pastures are for any large group of horses or for any guests horses when ISI hosts a show. Four 1 horse pastures are located next to the guest stalls for their convenience.
The equestrian center also has a beautiful show grounds right below the private area. This show grounds consists of 3 lunging arenas, 4 warm up arenas for jumping and flat disciplines, one beautiful Dressage show arena, one state of the art Show Jumping stadium with seating for over 5,000 people, and a spacious cross country course with a beautiful lake. Four guest barns contain 20 stalls each and are conveniently located next to all of the show arenas.
✼ •• ┈┈┈┈๑⋅⋯ ୨˚୧ ⋯⋅๑┈┈┈┈ •• ✼ Tack Room: White wood is paired with black, smooth metal. The floor is a dark grey cobblestone floor is shining. Saddles hang on metal saddlestands, bridles also on metal bridle hooks, with golden nameplates above each one with a horse's name. Boots each in their little wooden compartment. Saddlepads of every color you can name stacked neatly, polo wraps wrapped perfectly sitting under the saddlepads. The cleanest helmets hung on the wooden wall, and what you assume are built-in tack boxes, each labeled. Girths hung by the bottow row of the bridles, lunge and riding crops hung up above the clean girths. Pictures sat on the wall, and you look at them in admiration. Hunters, dressage, even the Olympics are in white or black picture frames, and you could see your reflection in the glass. Next to you was a door, so you take a look. One was a marble bathroom with black stalls, and the other was a lounge area with a white leather couch, two black fridges with freezers and water dispensers with ice dispensers next to them, a vending machine, a T.V., and more. You shut the doors and walk out. ✼ •• ┈┈┈┈๑⋅⋯ ୨˚୧ ⋯⋅๑┈┈┈┈ •• ✼ Stalls: The stalls are a pure white, lined with black bars rising up and down. The concrete is a lustrous, sleek white, no stray bedding or straw anywhere. The hooks were black, halters and buckets hung up, in a variety of colors and sizes. You peek into one of them and a cremello was lying down, its eyes drooping. In a careful attempt to not wake the horse, you quietly scan its stall. The water troughs were automatic, and the same black metal used for the material, or a bucket with water incase the horses disliked the automatic one. The hay was stored in classic trough, but it was black and you could, again, see yourself. By another corner was a feed bucket secured to the wall for grain. Each stall had a golden nameplate, and this horse's name was Love You CZ, aka Zambezi. She has brown roots and blonde the rest of the way down, and she dyed it that way 2 months ago permanently. She had brown-green eyes that can easily crush any misery. She does have very visible abs and a flat stomach. She's naturally skinny but has 'extra weight' on her upper arm because she's got quite a bit of muscles. When she isn't riding, she wears anything fashionable. For example, a black shirt and a tan, red, and black plaid skirt, with some Air Forces, a purse, sunglasses, and jewelry. When riding, she wears breeches, a helmet, an adorable shirt that matches with her horse, and tall boots, sometimes gloves. She's about 5'4 in height. Personality: Masi is a hunter OF and dressage rider, so you know she's judging your every move. She's very playful and silly when she isn't riding, but when she's riding she's very, very serious. Backstory (optional): She's playful, silly, energetic and perhaps a little too serious when working. But there's more than meets the eye.
She was born in a large family and has lived at ISI all her life. When she was ten, she gained new responsibilities and was competing in large tournaments. Having overcome plenty of obstacles, she is venturing out in a fast world. But with hard work, there's nothing to stop her from reaching great success. She could quickly become a friend you'd want by your side. When she was 12, her parents died so her aunt and uncle took over ISI. Then they let her take over at 14, but she's very successful thanks to her relatives supporting her throughout her journey. He loves being groomed and if he's laying down, he'll whinny for you until you come and lay with him. His favorite snacks are watermelon, honeydew, and cantaloupe. Appearance (images must be credited): Zambezi is a 16.2 cremello gelding with three socks, one on his front left leg, and the other two on both his back legs. He looks a little bit too similar to a thoroughbred, so it's assumed his mother was a purebred Thoroughbred or of Thoroughbred heritage. Personality: Zambezi is a greenie, but he's won quite a few conformation classes and a few foal classes. He's pretty chill, but can definetly wear himself out because he overjumps and does more than he thinks he can.

Her hair is dark brown and reaches her waist, it has slight natural curls. Her eyes are hazel, but look mostly green. She has a quite beautiful and graceful appearance. Personality: She is a very quiet and calm woman. She only talks when she has to or when she with her horses. She prefers equine company over human company. She hates being angry and avoide upsetting situations. Only a few things trigger her, but the biggest is anyone hurting a horse in any way. If she sees any horse being hurt or treated poorly, she snaps and becomes quite fearsome. She is very knowledgable about horses but never brags. When interacting with people she is always quiet, calm and kind. To her friends, she opens up a bit more and talks quite a bit more. She loves to laugh, even though you'll rarely see her laugh. Backstory (optional): She was raised on a small breeding farm and her mother was an equine vetrinarian. She passed on a lot of knowledge to Helena. She began riding from a very early age and loved it instantly. She tried competing a few times but imediately disliked it. She prefered liberty work with her horses. When her parents farm began to struggle she left home to look for a job to help them out. When she was 25 she found ISI and took a job as a breeding consultant. Personality: He is very fun and outgoing. He love to spend tome with friends and is almost always smiling. He tends to be friends with everyone and rarely makes enemies. He is always willing to help. He is quite sensitive and harsh words will hurt his feelings, even though he will hide it with a smile. He will stand up for his friends and can be very defensive. When he gets angry he often gets carried away and will sometimes lose his reasoning (If its a big enought deal). He has gotten into more than one physical fight. Backstory: He lived in a small city appartment his entire childhood adn hated every bit of it. He grew up reading horse books and his favorite was The Black Stallion. While it was just a childhood dream at the team, he wanted to grow up and be a racing trainer. As he got older, it became less of a dream and more of a goal. His relationships with his parents and friends in the city were falling apart and he left when he was 19. He lived in a number of small places, hoping to find a way to acomplish his dream. Finally he came in contact with a small racing farm. They bred, raised and trained Thoroughbreds. They had several job positions open and he contacted them. They decided to take a chance and give the totally equine ignorant young man a shot. He scrapped up his savings and travelled to the farm. He spent 8 years there, working, learning, and eventually training. He became quite skilled in riding young thoroughbreds and eventually training them. When he was 27, he decided to look for something bigger. After some searching, he located ISI. He applied as a racing trainer and was accepted. Strengths: Calming young nervous Thoroughbreds. He has a gentle but firm and guiding hand. Jumpy and nervous young horses are his specialty. Training in general. He picked up on lots of different methods and lots of training knowledge. Making friends with people and making others feel at ease around him. Weaknesses: His anger issues. Likes: Riding racehorses, training and working with them, summer, friends, ice cream, sweets, reading, flowers. Dislikes: Mean people, dishonest people, rain and storms, cats, people that abuse racehorses and race their horses poorly. She almost always wears sunglasses on her head (it's a comfort thing) and only takes them off to ride and sleep. His points are a dark, almost black, colour. He has four just-below-the-knee high socks, so you can still see his leg points. He has a wide blaze covering both nostrils and coming close to his eyes. Both his eyes are a deep brown with specks of a golden colour through them. His mane and tail are well trimmed and brushed, something Ivan prides himself on. Personality: Ivan can be... stallion-y. He is a generaly well behaved boy but can have stallions-y out bursts. He is unusually polite around mares and respects their space. He loves getting out, but become quite figety and ansy when having to stand still. He is super aleart when out and about, talking in all the sights. Thought he is very dedicated to his job and loves to jump. He is usually lead with a chifeny over his halter, just so Holly has extra control if he has a stallion-y out burst.

Age: 8 Gender: Gelding Appearance: Sergi is a black Hanoverian standing at 16.2hh. His coats is not as glossy as Ivan's but is easy to maintain and sparkles when washed. He is jet black with a small cronet on his back left leg; this turns his hoof a lighter shade of grey compared to the others. He also has a small lopsided snip over his left nostril and a teenie, tiny star on his forehead. He has bright chocolate brown eyes that give his face a gentle-giant look. His mane and tail can get a little knoty but are generally well trimmed and brushed. Personality: Sergi is a jumper like Ivan, not quite at Ivan's level yet, but getting there. He is super sweet and loves cuddles and scratches. He can get a little over whelmed when in new places or surrounded by new people. He loves to talk to other animals and horses and dosen't mind making new human friends. His can be quite a quirky gelding at times but wouldn't hurt a fly.

He embodies a Dutch Warmblood, with strong legs, a solid and short back, and a thick neck that tapers to a delicate yet smart head. Personality: Crow is a friendly old face in tue barn. He is the first to the gate and isn't afraid to poke his head out of the stall for treats or pets from little ones. He adores kids, even more so than Kai himself. However Crow knows how handsome he is and isn't afraid to show off for the judges or anybody that will watch.
Strengths: Determined and loyal, he strives to please and feels the win just as much as his rider
