That was quick, but we've done it team... we've hit 100 members!
I will be automatically entering everyone in the giveaway who has been on in the last seven days and still has *at least one TB* in thier stable. This club and giveaway is to help members in their TB goals and we may have some older members who have gotten out of TB breeding over the years. So, without further ado, you can expect some prizes and an announcement to be sent out tomorrow...! Thanks everyone who has made this club what it is <3

Galloping Graces said: Thanks everyone for making the giveaway what it was last month. Now get ready, becasue for August and we're going to host a new contest with some spectacular prizes..! 1st Place... A yellow stained glass horse 2nd Place... A lovely EEE colt 3rd place... ??? For this contest you must pick out a TB mare/filly in my barn (doesn't matter which horse!) and post the mare you picked here in the forum. Once you have the mare chosen, you must also choose any TB stallion you think would best match this mare. Then you must give your reason for the match.
I am looking for good quality and color matches!!
Now this may sound complicated for new members, but it's really very simple and is a good way to learn about what to look for when breeding horses. What you have to do to participate is: 1) Be a club member 2) Pick any TB mare or filly from my barns 3) Pick a TB stallion you think would best suit the mare for color and quality purposes 4) Post a link or picture of both my mare and the stallion you choose 5) State your reasons for choosing the match
**Please note that rating of the mare doesn't matter. I'm just looking for the best match for the specific mare you choose. Also note that the stallion's breeding requirements do not matter for this contest. It is theoretical.** If anyone has anymore questions, please ask me! Good luck to all.

Mare : Stud: I picked this stallion and mare because, they match each other on all talents with the exception of one. They both need SPD, but otherwise they fit well. And the match would give a 3 in 4 chance at being dun. With a possibility of a DD foal. They are both good producers and I think with a SPD glass could produce a possible EEE . Thanks for the opportunity, and good luck to everyone! :)

Why do I think they should be bred together? Well. On quality side, they are both EEEs, and both have training gauges above 3 bars. Color side, the stallion is a 1 of 18, but the mare is 1 of 1307. But, if you breed them, you could possibly get a amazing rating in color and beauty! That's all I got. If it doesn't work out, you still have time to breed the stallion and mare to others! And you could possibly sell the foal for a good price.

I paired these two together because Mithrandir is low in Mvt and Int, while Turbulent is high in Mvt, and possibly Int. (hard to tell based on tracked training) She is also low in Str, while Mithrandir is relatively high in it. I believe they will balance each other out well rating wise. As far as color goes, they both have a decent amount of it, and they both have tobiano, (my personal favorite in TB's). So I would hope the foal would have tobiano, or possibly be homozygous tobiano!
