1. No alterations: The artwork must not be modified in any way. Any alteration will result in a report and a permanent block
2. No resale, gifting, or trading: The artwork is for your personal use only. Reselling, gifting, or trading the artwork for items or services is strictly prohibited
3. Maintain credits: Do not remove any credits or add any elements to the image
4. No refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the order
5. Turnaround time: Completion time can vary from a few hours to several weeks. I will notify you when I begin and when I finish your artwork
6. Availability: Please be aware that I have other commitments outside of HEE, including two jobs and classes, which may affect turnaround time
7. Originality: I do not replicate other artists' work but am happy to create artwork of your OC
