Caden was mid conversation with himself when she came in, blinking a few times as it faded to just the ticking of the clock hanging on the wall. He glanced around, looking at her before back to his desk and seeing the scattered papers, pens, and notes. "Not much, probably just a day to chill out and do nothing with you." The man said quietly, standing and walking over to her. He pecked her head as he went by, shutting the light off as he did so. |

Caden went and flopped down on the couch, patting the spot beside him for Murphy to hop up onto. He helped the dog up, settling him beside him. |

Rose went upstairs, curling into a ball and dealing with a stomachache and headache |

Caden waited for her, and waited, and waited some more, and some more before finally, he went upstairs to her. He sat down next to her, his hand on her back. "What can I do for you?" The man would ask, forcing her to let him help her. |

"Nothing." She said, her stomach and headache most likely from the lack of food in the last week or so. It would also explain her dropping weight like crazy |

"Yes, I can." He argued, saying a few more words to hopefully comfort her as he went downstairs and made her something for lunch. Caden brought it up and set it on her nightstand, sitting on the opposite side of her. "Please, just eat it. Please, you're killing me by making you drop so much weight. Please, Rose, just eat it." He begged, knowing she might not. |

Rose mustered up the energy to sit up and eat silently, her stomach feeling overful after just a couple bits |

"Thank you," He said quietly, helping her up and keeping a hand on her back. |
