Camery held him until she was sure he was calm, and sort of sat back just a little to look at him. "Wanna tell me what's wrong?" She asked softly.

He hesitated "... do you even want me around anymore?" He asked in a whispery, shamefully voice.

Camery looked a little taken aback at his comment, although nodded quickly and planted a light kiss to the top of his head. "Kai, yes of course I do," she whispered softly. "Why would you think otherwise?"

"... it just... it felt like you were pushing me away... like you didn't want me involved in the pregnancy..."

Camery shook her head quickly to him. "What?! No, of course that's not what i want. I want you here, always, but it's not up to you to make me feel better all the time. All I need is for you to... be here. Not running after me or trying to do things. All I need right now is for you to be there for me to curl up with. I don't want to make you worry for me," she babbled out quickly.

Worrying about her wasnt going to change, but he felt better now. "Really?" He murmured softly. "You really want me here? You promise?"

Camery nodded, patting his had gently. "Of course I do," she whispered, pecking his cheek. "Promise."

Kai cuddled in. "I love you..."

Camery smiled softly after a moment or two, then gave her head a little shake. She squeezed him tight, a chuckle escaping her. "I love you too," she hummed.

Kai buried his nose into her shoulder.
