| puck melatonin does the same for me. i had to wean myself off of zzzquil once because i could not sleep for the life of me - it was the only thing that helped ._. |

| If I use melatonin too much it doesn't work well, but every once in a while the insomnia gets real bad and I just pop three of those suckers and send myself into next week |

| I actually take meds for my anxiety and fibromyalgia at night because one of the side effects is drowsiness. In that sense it has cured my insomnia though. |

| Drinking caffeine all the time could be the reason you wake up so much... lol I used to have the same issue. Your brain gets all screwed up with trying to know when to sleep and when to be awake because the caffeine interferes and block the receptors for sleep |
