umm someone removed my avatar, but i made it! (on a different account) i properly credited it!

My avatar was removed even though I drew it myself, and had proper, visible credit on it, so I don't understand what the issue was.

I recommend that you contact the mod that removed your art. They, of course, know the exact reason.

may I use an image from Horseeden if I credit it:

If my mother took the picture do I have to ask her?
