So, chat and I've seem to have found that wolf horses don't count to the FR cap, not sure if this was on purpose or not.

I captured today and none counted towards the cap. I also am not getting 200 credits per released horse

How are you setting them free? On which page? I set captured horses free and they count towards the cap.
