| hummer Personally i only do workouts i actually like which makes it a lot easier for me to work out in the mornings, like if i want to ride my horse ill do that, or if i want to go swimming or go on a run or something ill do that, but i dont force myself to do shit I hate like weight lifting cause then im just miserable and fuck that |
