That's a good question. Normally you can scroll to the bottom of a leaderboard to get an idea of criteria to be on it, but it looks like the Junior Stables LB doesn't have that. I would giess maybe one year, but I really have no idea. Maybe try posting the question in the member help section of the forums.

Does anyone mind taking a look at my standard prices and giving me opinions? It's based upon each letter being a certain value. I don't want to undersell my horses and I think this is a pretty fair price.

Standard Prices*:
PPP - 4,500 ebs
SPE - 6,500 ebs
PEP - 7,500 ebs
SEE - 9,500 ebs
PEE - 10,500 ebs
EEE - (mares) 20,000 ebs/(studs) 25,000 ebs

*standard pricing is defined as horses with a PPP+ that have no training and a color rarity larger than 1/500; both of these will affect pricing as well as age

Standard Pricing (Color Rarity)
1/1 - 7,500 ebs

1/10 - 6,000 ebs
1/25 - 5000 ebs
1/100 - 4,000 ebs
1/250 - 3,500 ebs
1/500 - 3,000 ebs

Standard Pricing is tricky because rating and colour aren't the only factors that make a fair sale price. You need at least consider the horse's breed, age, production, training and (if it's a gelding) showing level.
For example: 20k for EEE can be fair or way overpriced. An EEE ISH mare with crappy training and bad prduction (PPP or lower) is overpriced with 20k . An EEE RID mare will sell VERY fast for 20k.
In general studs are cheaper than mares (unless they're high LB).
Also it depends on what you're breeding for: All Disciplines (AD) or Single Discipline (SD). Usually an SPE or an SEE is valued less than a PPP because breeding out this "S" rating is a lot of work and often at the loss of some strength from the "E" rating(s). So starting with an even rated horse (PPP, EEE, WWW) gives you far better chances of improving step by step.
To your color pricing: it depends on why the horse's color is rare. I've had 1/1 horses because they were chimera with some pattern but chimera can't be passed on so they're not really of interest to color breeders. Does the horse have a lot of patterns? Are those patterns heterozygous or homozygous? That might actually be more important than the total number of colors. I'd rather add a horse to my color herd that will guarantee me a certain pattern, than having to cross my fingers each time.
So comming back to your initial question about your pricing: I think in general you overprice your weaker rated horses (PPP-SEE). You can easily get PPP horses for less than 1k (I did a quick search). As I said, a lot more factors play a part in pricing but this is my opinion on the question.

Mares are worth more than studs.
Free range PEE and below, they usually don't sell even for the right price.

I've been able to sell PPP mares consistently with meh (not shit but not amazing) production for 2500/each if unbred, 2000/each if already bred that year. PPE's are 2500 if bred, 3000 if unbred. Above PPE combos I just look at training and breeding/pedigree and go from there. Searching for similar horses for sale can always give you a guide as to what the market is at the moment.
