Ranch Lands Training

I have always been a BM kinda person but I think I'm ready to try hand showing so I can increase the number of horses I enter a night!

I have read just about every showing guide out there, so this is less of a "how do I show" and more of an "I have specific questions"

To make this make sense I will be using a level 2 horse as an example and I will be using an SD horse as an example

Questions 1:
So to know if a horse is ready to move out of the red into the green you look at the training bars. You would like to see two bars for each level (level 2 horses ready to show have 4 bars). But what about a horse that has 434 in bars? Do you enter them? Do you wait until they are even across all training bars?

Question 2:
Does the "level up report" actually come in handy for knowing when to enter a horse or not?
9
Question 3:
How do you keep it all organized so you don't get overwhelmed when entering over 100 horses (as adding another 100 geldings to my barn is my goal)

Q1: People over complicate showing IMO. E+ horses, wait 4 weeks since they last placed then enter and see where they are at. I *never* waste time looking at my geldings or older breeding horses' bars.

Q2: no

Q3: The showing view is all you need. Look at the calendar, count 4 weeks back and just enter off that.
