Download Gimp Or buy a PS subscription on your laptop/computer. Or another program DA Muro is one you can use without downloading. There is others out there as well but I really don't want to be writing them all out XD

Everything else sort of depends on how well you know your program and lots of practice and if your creative it helps too!

Theres a ton of really good tutorials but alot of it is going to be trial and error with which ever program you choose to work with.
I tend to stick with photoshop, but highly recommend GIMP if you're just starting out to see if you enjoy it.

There aren't any magic buttons you press.

Digital art is a lot of artistic work, just like traditional art. It's not something you get good at quick.

As long as you've got a bit of an artistic eye, and the patience to practice endlessly with minimal to no reward, you can go quite far.
