If you can, as soon as you get there, you might offer her some feed or fresh grass. Maybe let her run a bit on a lunge line, or in a paddock if the place has one. I know my horse loves anywhere that he gets treats, or where I get off after working. <3 Good luck at your show!!

I will have to try that :) I havenÂ’t lunged her in a while XD hopefully tiring her out will help.

If she's spunky, I would say first step is to lunge if there is an open arena for you to lunge her in. If not, just spend a longer amount of time warming up to get her tired.
another suggestion, if she's that prone to spooking, is ear stuffs. You could even do ear stuffs and an ear bonnet to be safe.

Thanks! And it would make sense to have an ear bonnet on because the flies are starting to get bad >.> Thanks for all the suggestions <3
