That's actually a good idea! They won't allow anyone on her untill she gets that tune up ONLY because she was leased out to some girls who ran the crap out of her and now she thinks she needs to get moving she is going to get in trouble. We may have our trainer come out and test her and she would tell us if she is worth getting.
Alright :D

My friend owns a chestnut mustang named Dolly and she is a total pig, will eat anything and everything. Very good and barrels though she is lazy at first lol <3 I'd say go for it. I can't have my own horse because 1)expenses and 2)my property isn't big enough, but I do lease and it's fun but I would much rather have my own horse as well :)

PPE = Pre-purchase exam done by a vet to help determine if the horse is sound enough for what you want to do with it.

Here's an idea: ask what tack she's been trained with. Also, ask about her personality traits, whether she's shy or not, her past history, her general health, riding habits, who the vet is and all that.
