Sage felt a small smile cross his face when she wrapped her arms around him and curled in tiredly. He felt terrible, but he knew it would be over soon. Just having her here helped.

Sage slept for a few hours before waking up and coughing. He didn't want to wake Amira though so he staggered into the bathroom and sunk to the floor there, covering his mouth with his hand to try and keep quiet. His eyes widened slightly when he saw blood on his hand, but quickly moved to wash it off, not wanting to worry her.

Amira woke when she felt the bed shift. She walked into the bathroom as he was rinsing off his hand and saw blood on his face faintly. "Sage..." She said softly, walking quickly to him

Sage jumped when he heard her voice, and hummed softly. "Sorry to wake you," he noted softly, turning the water off and wiping his hands dry on a towel, exhausted from the energy it had taken to get to the bathroom.

"No, not that...There's blood on your face..." She said softly, waipping it away with her thumb gently

Sage glanced in the mirror when she mentioned it and let out a huff of air, though that caused him to cough again. He grumbled a sort of curse, but sat down on the toilet since he would fall over if he stayed standing.
