Sage had dug into the body cavity immediately, moving to the side for Celeste. He was fine to leave her her favorite things. He was mostly going for meat and bones himself anyway

Celeste didn't care for the meat much, she just wanted the bloody parts. She found the heart and ripped in out of the body, sinking her fangs into it and feeding off of the blood.

Sage had shifted to the side so she could get to the heart, settling down into the hindquarters of the animal, which has the most meat

Celeste continued to feed off of the heart until it was nothing more than a shrunken, shriveled mass of dead meat that she then threw behind her as if it was nothing. She was full and content now, happy.

When Celeste settled down, sage pulled his head out from where he had buried himself in meat, licking his lips much like a dog. "What all do you want to bring back for the kiddos," he asked, knowing they'd need teethers and such

"Hey, you're the werewolf expert, not me. So whatever you think is good. I saved the antlers if you think those will be good," she hummed, tossing him the antlers.

Sage hummed softly and nodded when she mentioned the antlers. "Those will be good," he agreed. "Grab some of the bigger bones, like the legs and a few ribs maybe too," he added, reaching for the femur he'd exposed by eating the meat off of it. He'd gone through most of the carcass.....he hadn't really eaten enough to fill himself while at Odessa, since he didn't want to be rude and eat everything. ...so this was a nice meal.

Celeste nodded, digging through the carcass, finding some ribs and larger leg bones.
