I have a quest to make a love potion and I was wondering where I can find the ingredients. I know there is an option to purchase them, but if I want to find the ingredients instead where do I look?

Update: I have the ingedients but can't figure out how to combine them. The help text says it's at the bottom of the inventory page but I don't see it.
