@someday, I live at home with my mom and are renters, but I think we deserve our deposit back when we move out. The previous renters didn't clean the carpets even though they were supposed to, left a bunch of junk in the garage, and we're three weeks late moving out.

oh I know nowadays the cost is horrible! We were just two gals trying to make bills

I think the rental company is just trying to keep my entire deposit and padding the bill. I called the same company that did the cleaning and was quoted $50/hour for a move out deep clean of the same size house.

@PK, i've no doubt it is very hard work. I can understand the reason for having two people there as it helps keep the workers accountable. I am just surprised it cost that much.

Bird having cleaned houses once upon a time, we went in pairs for mostly safety reasons.

@Someday, that is crazy! I too have had the thought that I am in the wrong line of work if they can charge that much.

Bird, we were just charged $1,300 for a move out deep clean by the rental company we were leasing from. I have disputed it, because holy cow! I am in the wrong line of work if that is the price for cleaning a 3 bedroom house for 3 hours. I happen to know it took them 3 hours because I bought the house across the street and was home when they were there. I dont think the rental company realizes I could see the whole thing.

I can clean my house by myself in 2 1/2 hours, but these companies are saying it takes two people the same amount time.

@Angels, since you have both a big and small enclosure I don't think trying the bigger one would hurt since you can always put them back in the smaller one. Whereas when I had a reptile I didn't want to worry about buying a whole other enclosure.

Okay I may start getting more supplies for it then. I have had bad experiences with putting baby reptiles in too big of an enclosure and they can't find their food, then I have to downgrade them so they do well

I have an empty 20 gallon long tank and I am debating putting my baby leo in it. Right now he is in a platic bin cage that is about the size of a 10 gallon just not as tall. I am always worried about putting baby reptiles in too big of a cage. Online it says a baby is supposed to go in a 20 gallon but I don't know. thoughts?

so a while back i bought a beautiful bag mare named Gigi.
Unfortunately she has just become a bit too much of a handfull for me, she can at times be a little too energeting for me, seeing as i allready have a crazy horse to deal with (my gelding Fam Fam).
Recently a 12 year old girl absolutely fell in love with her, so i had a look around their properly gorgeous yard and i decided to sell her. In the beginning she is actually going to stay with us for a month so i can give the girl some lessons with gigi in her own home to begin with, and then she moves next month.
So this leaves me with Fam Fam. I adore him with every ounce of my being and he is gonna live with me until he dies, but he just cant take me as far as i want to go in jumping, because mainly of him being 14.2 hh so he sometimes really struggles with the big jumps, but also he is very very very spooky and hard sometimes to compete on.
So i was left on the lookout for a new horse for me and my mother to ride. Luckily soon after i sold Gee, my trainer phoned us saying he had a promising horse for us to see.
Today i rode him and here is some info on him~
he is a 13 year old lusitano x hanoverian cross, fleabitten grey. about 16.3hh.
He has competed in metre 20 and metre 30 classes, but in the beginning i hope to compete in just metre classes to start, then move up to 1m.15.
We bought him for 5,000 euros.
i absolutely love him so much and just found him the most sweet dude, such a lovely kind caring character, and pops over any jumps, fillers, water trays, cavaletti, tarpaulins, everything he is absolutely fine with which is amazing for us
oh and his name is Cyrus!
feel free to post anything like opinions or whatever on him! <3
he arrives in a week so ill grab some more pics then

It seems the pic you posted is used for several (different?) horses that are still listed for sale....with very different age and price informations?

thats very strange. Are you quite sure its the exact same image? because the horse is 100% him, ive been to see him a few times now and i can tell you the horse in the image is for sure him. It was sent to us by the owner. I even recognise the white and yellow buildings in the background as the place he is currently at. Thats strange, ill do some digging.

i just reverse image searched a lot of places, it would mean a lot if you could send me the listings via PM that are using images of him? so that i can let the owner know about it. Only if you can thought, thank you so much for pointing this out <3

Just do a reverse image search on google and you will be able to find at least 15 ads - some of them are from several years ago ;)

oh yes i can see what you mean now.
They all come from the same website, correct? i wont say the name of the site because it may be against rules.
I think it could possibly be due to the fact that he was up on that website a few years ago, but recently got taken down because we bought him. I can't seem to find any actual listings of him anywhere with that picture though.
